Chapter 14: Time Passes, Things Change!

It has been another 2 months since the gym locker crisis. It is July and summer break is upon us.

Before I tell you about the more important things that occurred let me tell you about the minor things first...

After Issei and Matsuda escaped from their shitty-prison, they both took a week off from school for mental trauma. The principal feeling they suffered the worst punishment ever, just gave them a warning.

My chess games with Sona have gone terribly. What was I thinking, challenging a fucking genius? I want to cheat, but how can I marry her if I cheat? Well if I can't beat her by next school year, I will just give up and wait for the peace talks to happen.

The worst part is the look of pity I get from Tsubaki when I leave every time, sigh.

Thanks to my training with Ddraig, other forces are now sniffing around looking for me, and I have even caught the Gremory watching me here and there. Ddraig has been keeping an eye out for me.

What made me take a breath of relief however was seeing Saji Genshirou and Kiba Yuuto walking to and from the Old School Building. Why is this good? Rias can no longer recruit me as a peerage member, so I don't have to avoid the Gremory like I have been. Saji took 4 Pawn Pieces if memory serves me right, and with him and Akeno, there is no way for Rias to get me anymore.

After awakening Ddraig, my martial arts naturally exploded due to my rapid growth as a supernatural. Plus I have gotten into a few skirmishes with weak monsters in Kuoh. I have already earned the first step of Black-Belt in Shotokan Karate!

Yura's father looked like he was going to cry when he found out I had a girlfriend. He was bummed, like I was cheating on his daughter or something. Sigh, I can't love every girl out of guilt. Do I want to sleep with Yura? Yes I am a man, but she and I are friends, like me and Momo.

My grades in school have risen, probably due to the self-hypnosis training I have been doing. But soon I won't be able to learn new things, due to me starting to become immune to it. But I managed to learn all the material that Tsubaki gave me, and as soon as my immunity hits max, I should have memorized it.

I have learned the Devil Alphabet, the history of the Devil Houses, Nobility rankings, and Underworld History overview all Devils should know. Now if I can only beat that glasses wearing Chess-nut!

As a side note, Devils do not need to wear glasses at all! Their eyes are perfect, but girls like Sona, Tsubaki, and Seekvaira Agares wear them for looks. But, they do enchant their glasses with things like Flash-bang protection, distance sight, and thermal sight. There are a number of things one can do with magic-glasses, but it's pointless to explain it all. Bottom-line, they don't need glasses.

Right now I am in my last week of school and am in my Music room playing the song [Sadness and Sorrow] from Naruto, a great piano piece! When I was done playing, I heard it. Clap Clap Clap. When I look, I see Momo coming to me with a smile.

"That was a beautiful song, what's it from?"

I smirk at her and say.

"A ninja anime, and I really like it, it transcends a mere cartoon song. Songs with feeling are my favorite."

[If I ever get my claws on the Devil that wrote that fucking Boob song, I will kill him.]

I ignore Ddraig's grumbling, and wait for Momo.

"Our fathers have made a meeting for our families to have dinner at a restaurant, and I wanted you to know."

Almost 2 months ago my father was offered a much better job in a company owned by the Sitri. Sona does not know I know Momo's dad works for them, but I don't say anything.

It's better that my dad does not work with the Gremory anyway. The bad side was, our fathers talked about us dating, and things spiraled out of control and now my family thinks we are a real couple.

"Don't put that face on, you're going to make me think you don't like me."

"It's not that, it's that our fake-relationship is starting to feel real, and it worries me. What if I can't beat Sona?"

"Don't you still have a while to try? Sona said "you are improving very fast."

I closed the piano-lid and told her. If this story is on any-other site than Scribble Hub, then it was stolen without permission!

"Yeah, but that's like an Ultimate Class Devil telling a Low-class Devil, you're almost to Mid-class keep trying."

With our bags in hand, she took my hand and pulled me out of the room, then she said.

"If you had a choice, would you want me as your real girlfriend?"

"In my memories a wise woman told me, "Put want in one hand and shit in the other and see which fills faster."

Momo shook her head, and then smiled at my logic.

"Well, I can give you some 'Want', but you will have to talk to your friend Matsuda for your other hand, Ufufu."

The two of us walked to where we both split up in different directions, and she told me one more thing.

"Moto, I have to go with the others to the Underworld for the summer break, will you miss me?"

The warm breeze fluttered her uniform and hair, and she looked really pretty. For a moment, I just wanted to tell her... Nah, I cant say that.

"I will miss your cooking, everyday of summer. See you at the family dinner, Momo."

As I went home she smiled and muttered to herself.

"He really is afraid to fall in love. But, I am sure I will miss feeding you."

Then we both fully parted....

School has just ended its first term, and before Momo travels abroad to Europe for the summer, our family's are meeting at a popular Western Steak House in Kuoh.

As we are brought to the table with Momo's mother and father, they stand to greet us.

Momo's mother is a lady in her late 30's and looks like an older Momo. Her father is a greying haired slightly chubby middle aged businessman. He wears a casual suit even to a restaurant like this.

Both fathers greet each other, while both mothers do the same, and Momo and I stand side by side. Before we sit, I greet the two.

"Mr and Mrs Hanakai, it is wonderful to finally meet you. I am ashamed it took me this long to do it."

"Not at all, son. Momo tells us about your grades and all the hard work you put in starting before the sun even comes up everyday. So be at ease."

My mother grabbed Momo and gave her a hug and told her.

"Motohama never told us you are this beautiful dear! How in the world did my son get your interest?!"

Momo just smiled and said.

"On the first day of school, your son walked up and declared love at first sight, so how could I reject a brave man, Ufufu."

Both of my parents looked at me in stupefaction, hearing I of all-people did that.

So the dads sat side by side, the mothers with their husbands, and Momo and I were together as well.

When the parents saw Momo feed me a bite of her Lobster-dish, they all smiled and I actually blushed, yeah, it's not school but parents. I got uncomfortable.

Soon as the meal was ending, my family was invited over to their home for after-drinks.

My father as an employee could not refuse, so we went to their home.

They had a large two-story home with around 6 bedrooms and were very modern. You can tell the Devils built this place due to its specs.

Momo took my hand and pulled me to her room, while our parents drank a bit.

Her room was tidy and neat, but we did not stay in it, but went out to her second story deck outside her room.

She pulled me to the rail where she had a telescope, and with the sun fully down, the stars were out and beautiful.

"Did you have fun tonight Moto?"

Her body is touching mine while I look up at the stars and say to her.

"Yeah, it almost felt normal."

Momo pulled her phone out and held it at me and said.

"I want to take a picture of you and put it on my background, so smile for me."

So I amuse her, and lean on the rail with what I think looks like a good pose. Click, Flash.

"Good now your turn, Ufufu!"

She puts on a sexy but cute smile with her chin resting on her hand, leaning on the rail, so I pulled my phone out to take her picture.

Click, Flash. I took her picture and placed it over the porn-stars background, and honestly I felt warm seeing Momo, the Devil on it.

I see the Hypnosis App, and I want to ask her one question, so I act like I am taking another, and hit the red button to green.

I ask the vacant eyed Momo one simple question.

"Momo, how do you feel about me?"

Momo puts on a happy smile, and tells me what I did not want to hear....

"I am in love with you, Motohama Ryu. My heart wants only you."

I turn off the App and smile, then I say.

"You really take amazing pictures Momo, thanks, I guess this is something couples should have on their phones."

Momo got close to me, and put her hand on my face and said.

"You can't lie to me anymore, Moto. I can tell you like me. Motohama Ryu, please be my real boyfriend."

Momo, must be a Pink-Line even from that one short question, sigh. She only felt my heart for an instant, and now she knows I like her.

"I might be a bad boyfriend though."

She takes both of my hands and gets close then declares.

"Then from now, we are real boyfriend and girlfriend, fufu."

She got bold and reached around my waist and hugged me. Man I haven't felt a woman in well dreams and memories don't count, so this is my first real hug in this life then. But my Elf life skills are not for show and I hug her back in the right way.

Feeling my tight-hug, Momo smiled and relaxed her tense muscles, her nerves were shot asking me.

When a few minutes passed she looked into my eyes and said.

"It's been 4 months, and I am leaving for a month tomorrow, so... May I have my first kiss?"

Once again my Elf memories of the guy with 25 wives and mates, kicks in and I attack her lips with a skill I have not practiced yet.

Momo's eyes opened in shock as her mouth was invaded with a blitz, but her tongue was being toyed with and soon her eyes closed as her body melted.

Japanese school year starts in the beginning of April and ends in the end of March of the following year. A school year is divided into 3 terms (some schools have only 2 terms). Below is a calendar of a school which runs 3 terms.

April - July 1st Term

The end of July to the end of August Summer holiday

For about 30 - 40 days (depending on the area). School students are obliged to do a lot of home work during summer vacation.

September – December 2nd Term

The end of December to the beginning of January Winter holiday

For about 2 weeks.

January – March 3rd Term

The end of March to the beginning of April Spring holiday

For about 2 weeks. After this spring holiday, a new school year begins.
