DXD: Master Shooter(up for adoption)

What a life, a normal person, dying as they did a good dead. His last breath was taken in consideration of others. A compassionate person. “What bullshit!!” Someone shouted, the normal person, he was simply walking from school to his house when he accidentally tripped one a rock. His falling body pushed a kid out of the way of a car which then proceeded to turn him into mincemeat. Sure he loved fame, and love, but what is the use of it when you’re dead, you can’t. he was going to whine some more when he was suddenly approaching with an offer he couldn’t refuse. (This is a fanfic, that means I do not own Highschool DxD, I do not own any mentioned franchises. I do this for fu. and to get my head off other things. )

Chapter 7

"Hahaha!" I laughed, I had gotten many items, sure, over half of them were almost as useless as the ones from the first floor, but the other half was even better.

[ Steel Cards

These are cards enchanted to become as hard as steel while being light like normal cards.

]

[ Jagged Knife

A knife made from steel dyed in blood. It is as such even stronger than normal steel. It is jagged and is enchanted to increase change of causing bleed, once the target is bleeding, healing and regeneration is lowered by twenty percent.

]

Those two were good, but the best one was the skill book in the floor. He had already used it and learned the skill.

[ Predict:

Level: 6/100

A skill that allows the user to predict the future outcome of their target and the path way of their ranged attacks.

]

It was a very good skill too. Predicting the future path of someone moving is still untested, but the prediction of the path of a projectile is pretty accurate. Very accurate.

Around ninety nine percent accuracy up to a hundred meters and ninety percent up to a hundred fifty, and eighty up to two hundred meters. And that was for complete accuracy, the ones that were not considered completely accurate, the projectile is still going to land within half a feet of the prediction even if the target is over three hundred meters.

Unfortunately there were no hidden bosses, in fact there were no more zombies left in the area. I decided to go on and enter the next floor. As I did, I entered a suburban area. The buildings were even smaller and there were no building that was over five floors. And the zombies were even stronger. Much stronger.

Each one were level fifteen. Sure he was level seventeen, but they came in groups, and if the intelligence and wisdom stats in their status said anything, these fellas are smarter. I raised the bow and nocked it ready. I then released the arrow after aiming it.

The arrow hit a zombie, but now the zombies actually reacted and started to run towards the direction where the arrow came from. For me, I only had to jump to a tree a couple of meters away. I then shot another arrow before running away once again. Thankfully my sneak skill was level ten by now. I managed to kill them all. But I prefer not to work my life away, and because I spent quite a lot of time treasure hunting I escaped the dungeon.

I entered my room and looked outside, there were still daylight. I went to the window I last the tendon and it was already dry. Like really dry. It should have taken longer but it was alright for him.

He took the tendon and started to smash it. Each strike turned the yellow tendon started to turn white. After it turned white it started to tear it up, it was like string cheese. Once they were all in small strands I started to twist them, making a string. Once that was done I started to deal with the second part of my bow crafting. The actual bow or body of the bow.

He took a piece of wood from the third floor of the dungeon, I then started to carve it. His strength, his eye sight and his skill with the machete allowed him to create a bow body. It was very easy for him.

He then tied the string to both sides of the bow. And voila. He created his very own bow. He check it with the system and even it agreed it was a bow.

[ Wooden Bow

The first bow made by an amateur crafter. It is well made thanks to his talents but could still have some places he could improve in. It is made from good wood that is superior to normal wood.

+ 3 pierce damage

]

"And it would seem I am the cream of the crop." I said to myself. I was very happy. So I started to create arrows, the more important thing, I had already broken five arrows by now. And any more could be disastrous. So arrows that are more one time use or to take out small fry wouldn't hurt.

I took out more wood and started to cut them into arrow shaped wood. I then started to heat the tips up. And the arrows were made, they were weak and very primitive. But they worked, however due to the fact that they had no feathers or the like at the end, the arrows were more for short ranged attacks. Probably for around fifty meters max. Then the system decided to show up.

[ Skill Learned: Craftsmanship

Level: 1/100

The user of this skill will be able to craft things faster and better than before.

]

This was kinda late, I would have like to have this when making the arrows but that was fine too, the arrows probably worked well anyways.

I tested this out, I entered the first floor of the dungeon and a small group of zombies marched my way. I used my bow and my arrows and I managed to kill them all. It was easy too, the arrow would easily fly across the air and strike the forehead of the zombies.

It was very well made if you asked me. I left the dungeon and started to play around with my crafting ability. Not only that but I also started to work on my other abilities that don't involve combat. From cooking to crafts, carpentry, and potions.

Well, the potions were a disaster, like a real disaster. I was pretty sure I created poison and one look from the system had confirmed my theory.

[ Weak Apple Poison

A weak poison made from apples and water. Somehow.

]

Fun fact, my creation of arrows and my bow had become even better now, my carpentry skill increased my ability to work with wood, like my bow and his arrows. And stack that up with my craftsmenship skill and the arrows and bow had become even better.

My cooking was also pretty good, getting it to level twenty after hours of cooking multiple things at the same time. The buffs I had weren't too overpowered, but still very powerful, and especially helpful if I were to take them to the dungeon or made them in the dungeon, after all, one of my cookies could increase stamina regeneration by twenty percent for an hour.

A very useful item to have, that included items like a sandwich that increases speed by ten percent for an hour. Or a soup that increased strength for a while, it was all very good items for any one, especially to a gamer like me.

I grabbed one of my food and scarfed it down. I then tucked myself into my bed and started to sleep.
