"Rias... my love, Riser has come to pick you up," Riser approached Rias, intending to hug her, but Rias avoided him.

"Then, Rias, let's go and have a look at the ceremony room. The date of the ceremony is decided, so we need to check it before then," Riser said, keeping his arms around her despite Rias's refusal.

"Let go of me, Riser," Rias protested, but Riser paid no heed.

"Oi, you. You're being rude to Buchou. Do you think it's acceptable?" Issei, seeing Riser's attitude towards Rias, protested.

"Huh? Who are you?" Riser asked, displeased, his tone contrasting with his earlier sweetness towards Rias.

"I am Rias Gremory-sama's devil peerage! I am the 'Pawn,' Hyoudou Issei," Issei shouted angrily.

"Hmmmm. Ah, okay," Riser completely ignored Issei, who looked visibly annoyed.

"I mean, who the hell are you?" Issei persisted.

"Ara? ...Rias, you haven't mentioned me to your slaves? I mean, are there people who don't know me? A Reincarnated Devil? Really?" Rias replied.

"I didn't tell them because it wasn't necessary," Rias explained.

"Ararara. Hard as usual. Hahaha...." Grayfia, seeing this, intervened and introduced Riser to Issei.

"Hyoudou Issei-sama," Grayfia addressed Issei.

"Yes... yes," Issei replied.

"This person is Raiser Phenex-sama. He is a high-class pure-blood devil and the third son of the Phenex family," Grayfia introduced. Issei was shocked but fell silent when Grayfia added, "And he is engaged to Rias ojou-sama."

After that, Issei shouted in great shock. Ignoring Issei's reaction, Grayfia greeted Bianka and Rita, who were observing quietly.

"Good afternoon, Bianka-sama, Rita-sama. I didn't expect to meet you here," Grayfia greeted them.

Bianka and Rita smiled in response, and Rita even bowed slightly.

Hearing Grayfia's words, Riser and his peerage members realized the presence of Bianka and Rita.

Riser greeted them politely, although his eyes betrayed a hint of lust towards Bianka, whose beauty surpassed Rias's.

However, Riser knew he had no chance with Bianka, as her strength was as formidable as her beauty. His older brother had once proposed to Bianka, only to be defeated in a rating game.

Bianka simply nodded in response to Riser's greeting, and the conversation continued about the purpose of Grayfia and Riser's visit to the human world.

"Stop it already!" Rias shouted angrily at Riser's persistent advances.

"Raiser! I told you before! I will not marry you!" Rias asserted.

"Yeah, I heard that before. But Rias, it can't, you know? I think your family is in a hurry to avoid a crisis," Riser argued.

"That's none of your business! If I am the next heir of the Gremory family, then I will choose who will be my husband! Also, promise me I will be free until I graduate from university!" Rias insisted.

"That's right. You will be free. You can go to university and you can do whatever you like with these slaves of yours. But your Otou-sama and Sirzechs-sama are worried. They are afraid that your family will become extinct," Riser countered.

Rias and Riser continued to argue, while their peerage members watched in silence. Grayfia made no move to intervene.

Bianka and Rita observed quietly, with Rita even offering snacks to Bianka.

"Production devils, like your servant, and reincarnated devils, are expanding in strength, but that will diminish the position of pure-blood devils. There are old noble reincarnated devils rising in power. But it's fine. Production devils are crucial for the future. But we can't allow pure-blood devils to become extinct," Riser argued, ignoring Sona and Bianka, who were in similar situations to Rias but were free from engagement obligations.

"I will not destroy my family. I will have a husband," Rias declared firmly.

"Ahhh, that's all, Rias! Then let's…" Riser began, but Rias interrupted.

"But I will not marry you, Raiser. I will only marry the one I choose. Even devils who adhere to old rules have the right to choose," Rias asserted.

"You know, Rias, I'm also a demon who holds the name Phenex. I can't let that name be tarnished. I don't even want to be in this filthy human world. For a demon like me who symbolizes fire and wind, I can't stand it!" Riser erupted in flames, small bits of fire scattering around the room.

"I will take you back to the underworld, even if I have to burn all your servants," Riser threatened, emanating killing intent.

"Ojou-sama, Raiser-sama, please calm down. If you two wish to continue, then I will not stand idly by," Grayfia intervened, releasing her demonic energy.

"I also can't sit still watching you two destroy this school," Bianka added, though she didn't release her demonic aura like Grayfia.

Rias and Riser fell silent, realizing the gravity of the situation. Grayfia and Bianka's presence was not to be underestimated.

"...was told by the 'Silver-Haired Queen of Annihilation' and 'Undefeated Knight Princess,' even I would be scared... I definitely won't want to fight you guys, whose members consist of monsters," Riser admitted.

Grayfia removed her demonic energy and explained further, proposing a rating game to settle the matter.

"Everyone like master, Sirzechs-sama, and the people of the Phenex family knew it would turn out like this. To be honest, this was for the final discussion meeting. Everyone knew that it would not be resolved, so they decided to make the final choice," Grayfia explained.

"Last choice? What do you mean, Grayfia?" Rias inquired.

"Ojou-sama, if you want to push your opinion forward, then how about you decide that by having a 'Rating Game' with Riser-sama?" Grayfia suggested.

Rias agreed, realizing it was an opportunity to settle the matter once and for all.

"Fine. If you win, do whatever you like. But if I win, you will get married soon," Riser challenged.

The two glared at each other, tension thick in the air.
