"I've decided to take Irene back with me."
Another morning dawned, and as Durin watched on the balcony as the night receded, waiting for the sunrise, Anta appeared before him.
Clad in a red mage's robe, there was no hesitation in the eyes of Durin's ally.
"I've listened to Irene's story and performed tests on her. Her red feather bloodline is undergoing a second awakening. She may possess even greater spellcasting talent than I do, so I must go back on my word, Durin. To ensure she can help us better in the future rather than become a burden, I want to take her back, enroll her in the Mage Academy. The academy in the Eastern Elven Territory will teach her well, and I'll oversee her studies."
"Good," Durin nodded. "I will also come to visit you both from time to time."
"I've earned my red robe now; we can come to visit you too."
