6th Advancement

I sit in the energy isolation room on the provided straw mat that even if stained will not be to big of a problem, I strip naked and sit my still yet to blossom plant in front of me and begin to circulate energy.

Finally after five hours I am completely full and begin the mental breakthrough, it happens almost naturally and quickly with little but a nudge and it is off. I wait for the next hour to pass for the mental energy to refill before I begin the next part. Pushing the mental energy in my veins like always I slowly start the expansion process.

But a change has occurred as instead of expanding they just crack open and the solid energy seeps out and into my body, the energy pressure causes my bones to start breaking, one by one they break and heal over and over.

It feels as though all of them are being replaced bit by bit with energy and the plant is also adding it's own energy into the body parts enhancing my connection with it making it a part of me just like my own energy is. It is not as painful as the last advancement but painful none the less with my body literally replacing my entire skeleton system with energy fused parts and healing the ruptured veins without them having expanded.

I am unsure how long it take but I am asleep for a bit after to recover from it and to refill my mental energy for the next step.

Waking to a horrific smell but I know I have to continue I begin to expand my mental sphere, but like with my veins it just splits open and the energy goes else where, it is far more painful then before as the mental pain does not stop through it due to it being split open the whole time.

The mental energy begins to connect to my nervous system causing rips and tears in my brain while the repairing it with energy infused parts, bit by bit parts of my brain is replace with this energy infused tissue with my frontal lobe, parietal lobe, and occipital lobe being the parts transformed due to being the location the mental realm effects the most.

Finally after what felt like centuries I was finished and collapsed.

I woke to a stench that I threw my empty stomach contexts up at and it was easily two inches thick, with a consistency of drying cement.

I enter the shower prepared for me and I have to put more energy into the water in order to get it to budge, I spend the next four hours scrubbing until it is all off finally. My energy veins and mental realm have not expanded but the energy has gotten heavier as well as returned to the gasses realm like usual.

I have most likely reached the limit of what I can expand my energy pathways without a core or connecting my mental sphere to my nervous system. 

I feel the hardness in my bones and the lightness of my brain from the change in them due to this transformation, it is unnerving to replace literal body part but it is what my cultivation does to optimize my potential so be it not like I can change it anyway.

I grab the still a stem and leaf plant and head out, and see Lucien's second look at me as he stares in shock.

"You need to look in the mirror now, it is a good thing you left your team or they wouldn't even know who you are at this point. You will need a new alias and will wear a mask in the tower so no one can see you, you will simply attract to much attention with your new looks." Lucien says with a worried face and Nilan walks in and stops to stare as well.

Goin to the mirror set up in the waiting room I see a completely if still somewhat me face, with phoenix eyes, a sharp but also feminine jaw, high cheek bones. He is the definition of an ancient beauty from his home land that was from the time when cultivation was still false but believed thing.

His hair had become even lighter from a dark gray to a mid gray and his body had taken on a slim but muscled look with his fingers being slim, his legs long and nicely shaped, he is the definition of an androgynous beauty that if he dressed female it would be impossible to tell him as male.

It is clear that even if he dressed like a man they would think him a female as his features lean that way but it can still look male due to his voice box and male voice but ultimately if he did not talk it would be more likely people will think he is she. 

I understood why he said to hide my face as if I enter a random team with these features I will be sexually assaulted eventually.

I look to Nilan to see his thoughts, and Nilan says, "I want to do a full body and energy scan to see how you have been transformed and if it is now a genetic transformation that you can pass on. It has not reached such extreme before but now it has and if you marry and have kids and they come out looking like the old you then people will ask questions. Also I need to know if after such a drastic change you can even have kids."

So we head to the scanner and begin one test after another, my sperm came back fine and the change was not yet genetic but I am less potent due to too much energy in the sperm so harder for someone to get pregnant. My bones have changed completely having fused with my energy veins it has made it so energy is going to my bones as well as my veins.

This means that from now on each advancement will increase my skeletal structure without me having to redo the previous complete over hall.

Nilan also spoke of my mental sphere showing signs of finally connecting with my mental energy veins aka my nervous system, meaning that my body is now evolving the same trait theirs has that allows them to naturally use their abilities without having memories and emotions in the energy they use.

I speak with them and they think by the time it is finished both my body and mental veins will be completely transformed, making me a almost new species.

Although I would still be human with human genes any child I had would most likely be born with this transformation meaning the mother would need an enormous amount of energy to have the child fully form and not end up loosing it half way.

Essentially once it is finish I will more like an elf or void being then a human despite my genetics showing me as such.

I hold my plant and think of the energy it input while I was growing the bones but not the mental energy, and I ask Nilan if that would show in genetic testing, "No, we would need bone sample to know if their has been any genetic change due to that."

And so a bone marrow removal was done, it came back as half human and half unknown plant meaning when the transformation was finished I would be part plant and it would be complete genetic transformation. I look at the plant I still didn't know what it was or what being part it would do to me but I know I am already this far going back was never an option.

So I return to the tower in a completely covering tactical black and green outfit with a long coat over with many pockets all through the set wearing a hood and a tactical full face mask with a small sprouting plant with a single stem and three leaves on the left cheek.

I enter the tower and immediately recheck my current status.

Body transformation starts at different times based off energy because of the different effects the energy has on the body, for spirit energy it starts at the beginning of B-Grade just like for mental energy but the difference is that B-grade stops at 1,000 energy for spirit energy.

Mental energy takes 10,000 to finish the transformation, but it does not have the blocking effect that spirit energy does, everything balances out in one way or another in all things and this is the same.

Earlier transformation but also more limits in ones ability to cultivate for a long time in multiple environments, mental energy is simply better over all. 

Not only that but my physique exploded due to my bodies transformation and my natural control over it without using energy is increased, even my senses are increased due to the transformation and I can feel something in the air that isn't just dust or other things. It is flowing and moving but not wind, as this room is completely blocked off but I can't fully make it out or tell what that is.

I ask Lucien when I return home, "It is the usual signs we have for a person about to awaken as they begin to sense the energy of the world and connect with it, it is what most people use when manipulating elements unlike you who uses already existing things."

It is what they use for elemental creation to summon fire, water, earth, and winds with nothing around.

I never truly realized the difference in are types of manipulation and usage until this point as it becomes more clear my planet was like ancient martial artist while here their more like mages and druids from old games.

Both have an innate connection that shows in their usage and attack types, them by controlling all aspects and ours by rushing and charging.

I am now truly beginning to become a part of their world not just trying to fit in but actually tuning in to their energy, slowly I am becoming a cross between my world and theirs with my two different cultivation energy.

I am now able to return to the tower with my 22nd birthday having passed in a small celebration, a whole ten years of me being a part of their family.

Returning to the tower from this break I prepare for the twentieth floor.
