In the private Hero High School, where young talents of dungeon explorers gather, Makoto Akaya enrolls, believing in his own abilities. However, upon discovering the gap between himself and his classmates, he realizes that he is the biggest failure in the school. Nevertheless, in the midst of despair, he encounters a skill tree that only he can use, and Makoto Akaya's life begins to change for the better.
Rather than trying to learn swordsmanship on my own, I thought it would be better to rely on a teacher.
So, the next morning after homeroom ended, I caught Osmond-sensei before the school bell rang.
"Osmond-sensei, can I have a word?"
"What is it now? You're not experiencing another 'trouble magnet' incident, are you?"
That kind of phrasing makes it sound like some sort of illness, which I think is inappropriate.
"I want to properly learn swordsmanship. How can I do that?"
"You can receive instruction during the basic weapons training, and you're free to swing your sword as much as you want in the training hall."
"I want something more comprehensive. A trained sword is different from an untrained one, right?"
"Well, you're not wrong. Training in swordsmanship can lead to the awakening of related skills, and with increased proficiency, the damage dealt by your sword will also improve."
