The Chaos of the Cavalry Battle

The first-year division of the cavalry battle had come to an end. Next up was the second-year showdown: Shimaenaga Guild vs. Hedgehog Guild. After that, the third-year match: Hedgehog Guild vs. Slug Guild.

As part of the event committee, it was my job as the "summoning officer" to call the seniors over when it was time for their matches. It was at that exact moment that I realized, Wait, I have to call even the seniors? That's so awkward. To make matters worse, the seniors were taking their sweet time showing up. Guess they're so used to this that they've become lazy with time management. Ugh, so annoying.

"Hey, look at that kid. He's the one with the fish-like eyes from earlier," one senior said, pointing at me.
