Boom!

As the bodies of the giant mutated insects fell to the ground Eleri and Kaylus walked towards the highest tower

Taking a deep breath Eleri opened the two door and immediately her senses activated and she tilted her head to the side

Shing!

A sharp object flew past where her head was just at

Gritting her teeth she ran inside with her sword raised

Kaylus raised his hand as strings appeared and surrounded the entire area

Eleri saw three silhouettes and slashed them without any hesitation

"Keuh!"

Thud

Behind her two more figures were slashed easily by the strings of Kaylus

Eleri narrowed her eyes as she thought 'As expected of an SSS - Class player'

Kaylus retracted his hands as he walked forward with his apple in his hands and said "So, where next?"

Eleri looked up the stairs and Kaylus immediately understood as he nodded his head and said "Alright" and hid his apple in his jacket

As they climbed the stairs they raised their senses and vigilance

"Guh!"

"Please don't kill m- ah!"

Hearing the sound of cries Eleri and Kaylus leaned to the wall as they steadied their breaths

They stared at each other and knew already, someone else is here killing the others

Suddenly the shadows behind them moved and entangled them!

Both Kaylus and Eleri were startled and struggled to break free

A figure suddenly approached from the stairs and they raise their heads to face the person but was stunned when they saw the appearance clearly

The person had a white hair with obsidian black eyes and pale white skin, wearing a black sweater and black pants as he wore a white coat, his body was covered with white bandages

He looked frail and sick but also looked stunning like an angel because of his appearance

Kaylus narrowed his eyes as he thought 'He's dangerous'

But just as he was about to use his ability he suddenly heard the person spoke "L?"

Eleri looked up and widened her eyes as she said "Light? What are you doing here?"

"That's supposed to be my question!" Light pressed his chest as he exclaimed and retracted his ability as Eleri and Kaylus broke free from the shadows

Eleri patted off the dust on her shoulders as she said "For the wish"

The person who was called Light nodded and said "I see"

Kaylus was numb for a moment before he said "You two know each other?"

Eleri and Light smiled as they nodded and said "An old friend of mine"

Eleri then said "Let me introduce" pointing at Light she said to Kaylus "This is Light Achlys, an old friend of mine"

She then pointed at Kaylus and said to Light "And this is currently my teammate Kaylus Lawless"

She then remembered something and asked "Do you have a teammate yet?"

Light shook his head as he said "No, well you see…"

While they were talking Kaylus looked at the corner of his eyes and saw a scene that made his eyes widen

Grinning he said "Looks like your friend here is very powerful L"

Eleri tilted her heard to the direction Kaylus was looking at while Light slightly frowned at Kaylus

Eleri widened her eyes as she saw disfigured bodies scattered all over the floor and she wanted to vomit but held it back

She looked back at Light but saw him coughing weakly

Eleri swallowed what she wanted to say before she sighed and said "Well, how about you join our team? We need nine members anyway"

Eleri looked at Kaylus and Kaylus nodded agreeing to Eleri's statement

Seeing this Light pondered for a moment before he smiled and said "Alright" he then narrowed his eyes at Kaylus as he thought 'He's not ordinary, he's dangerous'

As Eleri was about to speak they suddenly heard a large explosion sound and heard the mechanical voice prompt

- Ding!

- Dreamer no. 008 and no. 067 has triggered a mini dungeon at C24 district

Hearing this Eleri suddenly remembered what the people they fought with previosly said

'So the trigger really is broadcasted huh?'

At the distance Eleri could see a large yellow cube and thought it was probably the mini dungeon

Walking towards the stair towards the next floor Eleri said "Let's go"

Light was about to follow behind when Kaylus spoke and said "It's weird that you were here first and didn't even asked why we are here, could it be--"

Grinning he said "--You also know the clue?"

Light just smiled lightly before he waved his hands innocently and said "No way, I'm not that great I was just passing by when the other players gave me the clue"

"Gave you?" Kaylus asked suspiciously

Light smiled and said "Yeah, they 'gave' it for free, aren't they so nice?"

"Yeah…" Kaylus said so but the atmosphere turned tense before they heard Eleri say "Hey aren't you guys coming?"

Both Kaylus and Light looked at each other for the last time before they followed behind Eleri.

At a mini dungeon inside a yellow cube a man panted heavily as his companion begun to fled but it's head were bitten off by one of the heads of the cerberus

The man stood straight as he sighed and took a deep breath before he dashed towards the cerberus with his sword as it flashed and he slashed down the cerberus!

The cerberus howled painfully before it died and turned into a piece of paper

- Ding!

- Mini dungeon cleared

[Reward: Clue]

[Clue: The first piece of the crystal is hidden not below or above but inside the highest]

Reading this the man tore off the paper as the surroundings went back to normal but was greeted him was ten people waiting to attack him

The man sighed as he muttered "Seriously? So annoying" before he held the tip of his sword and dashed towards everyone!

Eleri, Kaylus, and Light finally arrived at the very top and they were prepred for the worst but found that they were not alone

There are five people currently present and none of them seemed to be interested in fighting

It could've been said peaceful if not for the bloody walls and floors along with the corpse

One of them spoke as he said to them "I suggest we don't fight and wait for the last one top arrive"

'Last one?' Eleri looked around and counted

'One, two, three-… there are eight of us in total'

'Wait then that means--'

"We could finally trigger a hidden game" Kaylus said as he crunched on his apple (That is still alive somehow)

Tap Tap

Suddenly they heard footsteps and everyone looked towards the stairs

Tap tap

Stepping foot on the floor Eleri thought 'The last person is here'

- Ding!

- Congratulations for triggering the first hidden game dear dreamers!

Suddenly the whole building shook as the floor was destroyed and outside was a giant blackhole and what appeared was a giant monster that reached the sky

The monster has spider like legs with sharp knife like arms and his slender black body wriggled and cracked from time to time as the head was pale white but what made it terrifying was it's head has no eyes and nose only a creepy smiling large mouth as it's teeth were sharp fangs like chainsaw and it's tongue was long as a three paired bus!

Seeing this everyone shuddered as they felt a crisis of fear

- For the hidden game the dreamers will be fighting against one of the seven deadly sins!

- Beelzebub the sin of gluttony.
