"When a Dungeon Core dies, a Dungeon Master dies with it," a voice echoed in Alex's ears, jolting him out of his stupor.

"I must place the Dungeon Core in the most secure and safest location! But what is this voice? Why do these sudden memories surface?" Without dwelling too much on the thoughts, Alex focused on determining where he should safeguard the Dungeon Core.

In games, it is common for Dungeon Masters to deploy traps and countless monsters along the path leading to the core, protecting it from intruders or adversaries, particularly heroes or protagonists.

"Even in this world, dungeons are often viewed as solo ventures for acquiring mana stones and battling monsters. Additionally, large monster lairs are referred to as dungeons. Within these dungeons, the main boss holds the highest position in the hierarchy, showcasing its strength. In the case of the Ruler Dungeon, the distribution of power is governed by the Dream Law of Weirdness."

"Let's see where I can place my Dungeon Core," Alex said, his focus fixed on the panel.

However, as he examined the panel displaying potential locations for the Dungeon Core, he was taken aback by what he saw.

"How is this possible?" he whispered to himself in disbelief.

The panel depicted a complete outline of the building, including its floor plan and other details. Surprisingly, he could even see the area beneath the first floor of the building.

Yet, what truly astounded him was the presence of a humanoid figure displayed alongside the map—a potential location to place the Dungeon Core.

A pensive expression emerged on Alex's face as he contemplated the situation.

As he did so, a soft golden light emanated from Alex's chest, illuminating his surroundings. After a few seconds, the light subsided, leaving Alex with a sensation of something residing beside his heart.

Rather than feeling worried, a smile graced Alex's face.

"The Core has truly entered my body!" he exclaimed.

Just then, another system panel materialized before his eyes.
