How the story would go
The Spaceship/Pod His parents put him on to save him has some useful things for him , like :-

6) A book on the History of Saiyans , and the myths about the super saiyan , the legendary super saiyan & the super saiyan god
* From his Tuffle/Tsufurian Mother :
Publicly-Available Science Knowledge of the Tuffles , plus his mother's own researches

During the Journey of Tatsu (the MC) , he will travel to Namek , and ask for 3 OP wishes ....which are :-
* 1st wish : The greatest amount of knowledge about Martial Arts & Ki manipulation (includes Telekinsis , Telepathy , Ki weapons , Spirit control and its applications , how to obtain divine/God ki through training...etc) , and ki techniques like (Multi-Form , Healing , Gigantification , Instant Transmission , Kaio-ken and similar techniques, Spirit bomb , Fusion dance ...etc)
* 2nd wish: The greatest amount of knowledge on Magic (includes Magic Materialisation , Resurrection, Ghost warrior creation , Mind control & Hypnosis , Fortune telling , Elemental Conjuration & Manipulation , Magic blasts , Transformation others and himself , Life-Energy Absorbing)
* 3rd wish : The greatest amount of knowledge about Sciences , must include the research of Dr.Gero , Briefs family , Alien tech and Dr.Myuu at their peak (Healing pod technology , Gravity Chamber tech , Super-Fast Durable spaceships , capsule technology , Infinite Energy Arc Reactors , Energy-Absorbing Pads , Gene splicing , Android creation , Machine Mutant Creation , ...etc)
***** AN: The MC will just have knowledge on these subjects , he'd still have to train and learn to master their use ....

The MC would also gather cells and samples from various types of aliens during his journey , and he will integrate them into himself in unique ways without becoming an abomination like Cell , For Example :-
* Frieza Cells : grant the ability to survive in space , survive being cut into pieces or having most of his body disintegrated , along with the ability to create OP (Cool) Bio-Armor from underneath his skin ..... this would also allow his body hardness & durability to shot through the roof ... and allow him to withstand Destruction Hakai energy at high enough levels and have an affinity with it ...
* Namekian Cells : Regeneration , More Magic Affinity , Dragon Magic , innate Giant Form , ability to create DragonBalls ....
* Guldo Cells : Time Freeze/Stop ?
* Broly's Cells : Legendary Super Saiyan benefits...
* Kaioshin Cells /Demon God Cells / Core Person Cells : Enhance his affinity to Creation Magic (able to create early stage life.... creating a high-level lifeform needs lots of energy) ....
Also , Allow his to get easier access & affinity to God Ki & Evil/Demon Ki ....
Also , Grant him the ability to fuse completely with someone , and become the main mind definitely (he could defuse himself with his high magic mastery by then) ....
Allow him to have the chance to obtain a god position , or create a new title and god domain for himself .....
....Etc
He would also gather various other samples that grant unique powers , and enhance existing powers and transformations (saiyans aren't the only beings with transformations)...

He would also undergo The Android Operation & The Machine Mutant Operation , to get unique powers such as :-
* The Androids : Infinite Energy Arc Reactors , Energy-Absorbing Pads , Hidden Untraceable Ki ....
* The Machine Mutants (Some bullshit from yours truly) : Stabilize genetic modifications , Observe his gene map , Modify & Strengthen his Brain and mind to Advanced AI ....like Brainiac from DC , but it would be part of him , that would progress with his strength , and it can't be hacked and it doesn't have its own consciousness ....
This operation will also grant him the ability to change the qualities and properties of his ki , he'll be able to turn his ki into purely Kinetic energy/Concussive Ki , Heat energy/Flame ki , Electricity/Lightning Kii , Cold energy/ Ice Ki , ....etc

He'll Become Semi-Immortal by using his own powers & smarts ....By Going through these steps :-
1) Infusing Frieza cells & namekian cells to get enganced survivability and enhanced regeneration from a special singles cell that retains all his information (this grants him Cell-level immortality)
2) Make all his cells into such main cells that contain all necessary information and are strong enough to house his soul on their own , as they will each retain all information on his body (this will give him Majin Buu-level regeneration)
* he can't experiment with majin buu's cells since majin buu can survive from a single compound ... it would be risking too much ... besides , majin buu's regeneration is magical in nature not a racial ability (like he got his regeneration by absorbing people whole instead of just absorbing life energy as Moro did)....
he got his regeneration after he devoured millions and billions of creatures through-out his 1,000,000+ years of lifespan , so it can't be copied unless the MC does the same , which is villainy ....
3) Undergoing the Android & Machin Mutant operation will decelerate his aging process , he would be able to live millions of years (Majin Buu-level ,or Supreme Kai-level lifespan)
4) Train his Spirit and Soul , and refine them through Countless Hardships so je can gain Soul immortality (ability stay alive without having a body ... in a body-free state , his soul will disperse over a large area like Zamasu's did)
5) Study His own Cells and Composition , and master Magic Materialization , so he can recreate any lost body parts extremely fast or even a whole body (He'll be able to recreate his body if it got completely destroyed , by using his soul's power)
6) Create His own Dragon balls and wish for Complete Immortality and immunity to both Erase (Zeno's ability) & Hakai
