Blood sucker part 1.

Going through an evolution and breaking into another rank wasn't an easy task for any vampire. At the moment, elena's Hunger for blood was beginning to grow.

she needed to consume human blood in order for her to maintain her sanity. Ordinarily, this wasn't supposed to be a difficult task, as she could easily get blood from the canteen, but due to the chaos that had happened earlier that day, the whole academy was in a mess, and when blood flasks were been distributed earlier, elena door was shut from the inside.

she was knocked out due to the pain that went along with the evolution process. searching through her storage device, she found nothing. Usually, she would have extra blood flasks in her storage device, but she had used the last two right before her evolution.her lust for blood was increasing by the second.

[Ding***Ding***Ding]

Alert!!!

Host is advised to consume human blood. Host hunger grows, and failure to consume the blood of a human would result in the host turning into a crazed blood sucker.

seeing this notification reminded her of when she first became a vampire,once again the system was warning her of the possibility of becoming a crazed blood sucker.

But then again, wasn't she a blood sucker already? she thought. seeing her confused state, dracula decided to explain better.

"As vampires, we need the blood of humans to survive. Before going through with an evolution, it's best for a vampire to consume blood as it will help with the process. however, after an evolution, a vampire becomes like a newborn, If one starves himself for too long or stays for too long before consuming blood, there's a high chance of becoming a blood sucker."

"Blood suckers are still vampires, but their only purpose is to feed on the blood of humans and other creatures. They are unable to differentiate friends from foes. Usually, most vampires who turn into blood suckers would be killed on sight. whether or not one who turns into a blood sucker could gain back their sanity is still unknown to this day."

"Hnm, I see." Elena responded. not wanting to waste more time, she activated her Blaze skill and quickly dashed out of the room. she was running faster than she had ever gone before.

in less than 5 seconds, she had arrived at the canteen, reaching there, the hall was empty,completely empty, there was absolutely nothing for her to scavenge,after running around the canteen Hall for several minutes Elena found absolutely nothing, not even a half filled blood flask.

unable to find any blood, she exited the canteen hall. stepping out, she could feel her sanity slowly sipping away from her.

Warning! warning!!

the host is advised to consume blood in 1...2....3...

Elena could see a timer counting upwards in front of her eyes. she was contemplating her next line of action when dracula opened up a map screen in front of her...."Elena, follow the map, I've scanned through the entire Academy, I believe there are other lifeforms present in the academy's dungeon."

Hearing Dracula's voice on her head in a way calmed her down a little. taking in a deep breath, she focused her attention on the red blinking dot on the map.

she quickly made her way towards the dungeon. Her Blaze skill was activated, with the speed she was running at, she was leaving after images behind her. she could see the timer was still counting. It was already at 60. The more the numbers increased the more hard it was for her to keep herself together.

the only thought on her head was blood. She needed to consume blood,that was all she was thinking about in the moment. it was as if all other things didn't matter. She could feel the muscles on her body were beginning to bulge. her eyes were two times larger than their initial size.

At the entrance of the dungeon were several guards,she managed to turn on the camouflage skill as she continued blazing forward.

At this point, she knew the general location she was going to, but she could no longer tell the reason why she was headed in this direction.

[ Whoosh] The moment she blazed past the guards, they all felt a strong force hitting them and pushing them backwards.

Even though her camouflage skill made her somewhat invisible, her speed was a dead giveaway, alerting the guards of her presence. they gave chase, running after Elena,with the hopes of catching the intruders.

Among the guards was one with a speed related ability. His speed far exceeded that of elena. In no time, he had overtaken her, and he was seen standing in front of her.

seeing someone standing in front of her, elena halted her footsteps. Due to the speed she had been running on,she slid forward a bit before she completely stopped. dust was all over the narrow passage way.

"Who are you, and why are you here?" The guard with the speed related ability asked.

looking at the timer in front of her eyes, it was already at 99. before she could respond, the timer hit 100.

Warning! Warning!!!

host has failed to consume the blood of a human, and the host hunger grows! Transitioning into a blood sucker Activated. Host has successfully transitioned into a blood sucker.

The system will be forced into emergency lockdown mode while the blood sucker form is activated.

Elena was unable to read or process the information in front of her eyes. At the moment, she was in severe pain.

her fingers began to elongate, her knees were bent slightly, her hair colour began to change into an Ashen colour, her back was hunched slightly, her teeth had changed into razor-sharp ones.

the other guards had finally arrived at the scene. They were all standing around elena, the first guard who had questioned her earlier, was stunned at the horrifying creature that was standing in front of him.

After completing her transformation, elena let out a loud shrieking sound. The sound was so loud it affected the already sensitive ears of the other vampires present.

sniffing the air, she was drawn to a particular scent, this was a scent she hadn't smelled since she became a vampire, somehow the scent was intoxicating, it was like opium calling out to an addict.

in this state, she was unable to use any ability or her system skills,not that she could think properly anyway. She tried running forward, but she was quickly stopped by the guards.

for the first time since she completely transformed, she noticed the guards that were standing all around her, to her they were mere obstacles, standing between her and her meal.

sending out a fists, she cleanly hit one of the guards on the head. He was sent flying backwards until his back made contact with the wall, and he was buried several inches into the wall.

it was obvious she was more powerful in the state, but she was also more vulnerable as she was acting more like a beast in this form than an actual being with high intelligence.

seeing how she had easily overpowered one of them, the other guards all sent out different attacks all at once. Elena lept upwards, dodging some of the attacks, while several attacks make contact with her. letting out another shrieking cry that momentarily affected the vampires, she latched onto one of the arm of closest vampires to her, reaping it off and throwing it on the ground.

jumping forward, she used her fingers that looked more like claws to tear open the chest of the vampire whose arm she had ripped off. while she was attacking the vampire, the one with the speed related ability rushed forward, using a metallic staff to hit elena several times on her back.

when the staff made contact with her, she was sent into a frenzy, attacking anyone and anything on her path. with her razor-sharp teeth, she bit into the neck of one of the guards while stabbing his head with her sharp claws over and over again.
