Chapter 53: Emilia and Jason's Marriage Registration

The Sinclairs mansion was busy preparing for a party, everyone could see they were not joking about the party, everywhere you look at you see the servants moving things everywhere around the house with smiling faces.

Grandpa Gavin was giving directions to some manservants for some ideas he had for the party. Linda was busy preparing the clothes Emilia to put on for the party, Jacob was busy making sure there was not poison in the food and drinks that will the serve during the party.

Now everyone will be wondering what Jason has been up too, don't worry Jason is in the house panicking from one corner of his study to the other. Jason's mind has been on the birthday and the marriage certificate they will acquire this morning. "Emilia, please make the most happiest man on earth, marry me!" "Aha Emilia don't even know what is about to happen, yeah she knows we will get married soon but I never gave her a heads-up on the matter been today. "

Emilia was in her room doing her experiment before she can address her company 1 week, she has finally arranged the ingredients for the facial make-up. She was about trying it on her face but she was interrupted by Jason's knock on her room door.

"Milly please open up I need to talk to you."

Emilia open up to see Jason dressed handsomely, she blush when their eyes met. "So what do you want to discuss with me before going to the office."

"Emilia I think you forgot what day is this?"

"Yes I remember my birthday which I told you and your family not to make a great deal out off."

"What? Don't say that again. I will not let my wife put herself down just because she has been hurt by some idiots and annoying people from the past. Now go in the washroom after that you need to put on this dress I pick for you before we go out. We are going to register our marriage today and the marriage party will be together with your birthday party this evening."

"What Jason? I no we will get married but not now you said you will give me time for me to grow up before the marriage."

"You are sixteen today so you can get married from today onward. I can't take it anymore for guys to take you or anyone to take you away from me. So let's get married you can still run your company by yourself but I need you to answer my name then no one will call you a dumpster child."

"Jason is that the reason why you are rushing the marriage now?"

"Yes I just can't take those things out of my mind and I love you alot not been with you is killing me ok. Beside I know you think like a grown up like me not like your age, why are you pretending like you are still a kid."

"Oh how do you know that?"

"I have seen most of your plans and the way you talk is more like an adult and you it takes a genius to know another genius. Milly I want you to know I have been counting the days for you to be old enough for us to get married."

Jason was almost in tears trying to convince Emilia to marry him. She saw the sincerity in his voice and action.

"Let's get married but it still going to be kept out of the eyes of the public please you know I will still go to school and the company you know your extended family members are vultures waiting for your weakness so they use against you."

"Ok my love."

Emilia went to the bathroom to take her bath while Jason left her room to wait in the car for her to dressing up for their marriage registration in court that morning.

The marriage registration process was easy because of Jason's huge connections in the city. The person in charge of registering them asked to smile for their pictures for the booklet, Jason looked at Emilia and he smiled at her before the picture was taken. It came out beautifully, he took their booklet from the man and they left for the car.

"Let eat out wifey before we go back home for the birthday party since we can't hold the ceremony now till we catch those traitors around us."

"Thanks hubby."

Emilia kissed Jason as soon as they got into the car before the driver drove off to the restaurant Jason reserved for them. They got their and Jason toast to their health and good marriage life ahead of them. Emilia was happy since she found a man that cherish her together with his family. She had her filled before they left for home.

When they were leaving the restaurant, a guy looked at them smiling while taking pictures of Emilia and Jason. "I found you girl now let the fun begin. Jason watch out because your girl will be mine soon."
