Stanley smirked mockingly as a woman jumped up and down on his lap. In front of him a female figure dressed in armour bowed.

''I'm sorry husband, the Eternal Battlefield hasn't been peaceful recently and a lot of forces have emerged to fight the Abyss. It is likely they are from a nearby force that is interested in our resources.''

The woman blushed but continued to report what she knew. However Stanley had long since been distracted.

Samuel was unaware that the force he was provoking actually had a Son of Luck on their side. But even if he knew he wouldn't care. It is just a lusty man obsessed with sex, how could he care?

However the sudden influx of dead Dark Guards shocked him. Since he formed the Dark Guards he hadn't lost so many at once.

More than 10,000 Dark Guards were killed instantly!

''I really can't afford to underestimate the Minxes''

Samuel sighed and returned to what he was doing. Losses are bound to happen with fighting with a massive group like the Minxes. Their number of strong warriors aren't something Samuels Dark Guard can compare with.

Quickly a month passed. And today something strange happened.

Within the Eternal Battlefield on a towering mountain hundreds of pagodas, pavilions and palaces were constructed.

At first glance the mountain looks like an ant hill. Thousands of people could be seen bustling around carrying all sorts of weapons arriving at the hundreds of practice grounds.

This is the base of the Imperial Sect that Samuel created on top of a Spiritual Vein. With an influx of powerful aura, the Sect has advanced leaps and bounds!

The one million warriors that were left here have reached their full potential rapidly, with hundreds of Rank 2 Warriors, two Rank 3 Warriors and hundreds of thousands of strong Rank 1 Warriors.

However the actual situation of the sect is pretty poor. Although they can be called a sect, a majority of the warriors here are Dogs of War and have mediocre talents.

Occasionally they have gone out to try to find talented disciples, but up until now there are less than a thousand actual disciples!

Samuel has also sent a few dozen of his children here to become Inner Disciples. But today a strange scene was occurring.

At the base of the mountain a giant wall has been constructed. Filled with blue pillars spiralling to the sky forming a large cover on either side.

A giant arch reaches hundreds of metres tall with hundreds of warriors guarding it on either side.

But now, they welcomed a group of unfamiliar visitors.

''Please! We are willing to dedicate ourselves to the sect as long as you can save us.''

At the head of close to a thousand raggedly dressed people, an old man was holding a small wooden crutch as he shouted desperately.

The guards at the entrance were unmoved. But quickly a Rank 2 Aura spread down from above and an Outer Elder flew down.

''What's the issue here.''

''Greet the elder. These people say their family was destroyed and they barely managed to escape. They also said they are willing to join our sect as long as we can provide protection.''

The guard honestly reported the details. The Elder nodded slightly and stared at the crowd.

But suddenly his eyes glowed.

Because he could clearly feel a warriors presence coming off all of these people! Even though a majority of them are Rank 1, with only a dozen Rank 2's and the old man was a Rank 3 Warrior.

But this is enough to show the quality of these people.

''What family are you from?''

The elder asked curiously.

''We are the side branch of the Bentrefiend Family. Well we were.''

The old man looked remorseful. And the Elder understood why.

After the Imperial Sect was developed, they went to the effort of researching the surroundings. Based on their research, the territory that they are in was originally under the control of four different families.

One, the JackOLantern family. A family consisting mostly of powerful JackOLantern Warriors with the heads of pumpkins that can fly around and consist as a separate entity.

They are rumoured to have Rank 6 Warriors within their family!

The Second Family is the Nautica Family. A group of seabased races that interbred for generations before finally forming a large family. Like the JackOLantern Family, they also have Rank 6 Warriors.

The Third is a bit more mysterious. No one knows their true strength or their race, only that they call themselves the Mysterio Family.

Whenever they fight they are covered with an unknown mist, and no one has been able to identify their true strength. But considering they are willing to co-exist with the other families, they are likely of similar strength.

And finally, the BentreFiend Family. It is the weakest of the four families and it is well known. Because just a thousand years ago, their Rank 6 Ancestors actually disappeared!

Since then the Family has deteriorated rapidly, if it wasn't for multiple Rank 5 Ancestors and a deep background of formations and skills, they wouldn't have lasted.

However they were also really unfortunate. Because their Rank 5 Ancestors suddenly disappeared as well!

Naturally the other families took advantage of this. In less than a year the BentreFiend Family were eliminated. Only some SideBranches spread out.
