FIRST GROUP MEETING

"Now that all the groups has been made, here are the announcement that I was told to give you guys at the end of the meeting" Venerable Wayne said calmly after the last group that was made went back to their seats.

"All group leaders should hold a meeting for their groups before the end of tomorrow. After that, you all will begin your journey two days later" Venerable Wayne calmly announced.

"Where and when are we going to hold the meeting?" Robert suddenly asked Pearce.

"Wait till when the conference meeting ends and I will naturally tell" Pearce calmly replied.

"Here comes the end of the conference meeting. You all may now dismiss!"Venerable Wayne suddenly announced before he suddenly vanished along with a strong wind that came previously.

"So are you going to tell me now?" Robert asked again with anticipating eyes.

'What's with the rush? Is just a simple group meeting' Pearce thought as he calmly looked at Robert while saying.

"We are having it now at my place. Gather the others and come to House 5 in the soldier rank area"

After Pearce said that, he suddenly got up and began to walk out of the hall. But this time, Robert didn't follow him as he went to get the others.

'It seems she won't let me go' Pearce thought as he looked helplessly at a veiled girl who stood at his path.

"You aren't coming out of here till you spar with me" Diana said as she glared at him.

"Then come at me"Pearce said with a speed that neither too fast or too slow.

"Ok then" Diana coldly said before she began to move.

Whoosh!!

Moon Steps!!

'She uses a whip?' Pearce thought as he saw Diana bringing out a white colored whip from her pouch while she fast approaches him.

Ten Thousand Moon Whips!!

"Hey look! Those two are actually sparring!" Someone suddenly exclaimed as he caught Diana dashing towards Pearce.

As soon as that person said that, everyone at that area suddenly placed their eyes on both Diana and Pearce. But the two of them didn't even faze at all as they concentrated on their opponent.

But right when Diana was about to land her attack on Pearce, he suddenly moved..

Serpent Movement!!

As soon as Pearce activated his spell, he dodged Diana's whip at an unbelievable angle before he quickly grabbed her whip.

"Woah! How did he do that!?"

"Can a human being even bend that way?"

"That's just creepy!"

When the onlookers saw how Pearce dodged Diana's whip, they quickly became dumbfounded as some exclaimed. But Pearce didn't seem to care as he cooly spoke.

"I win"

"Then leave my whip" Diana suddenly replied coldly. When Pearce heard that, he calmly let go the whip as he stepped back.

But right when he stepped back, he mistakenly stepped on the whip which coincidentally made him to fall forward.

"Watch out!" Exclaimed Pearce as he saw that he was about to land on Diana. But unfortunately, before Diana could react, he has already landed..

Dum!!

"Ho-How is this possible!?"

"Isn't this too much of a coincidence!?"

"I think luck is part of this"

What made the onlookers exclaimed previously was because when Pearce landed on Diana, they were actually on the floor kissing!!

'SH*T' Pearce thought as he hurriedly withdraw from the kiss and stood up.

"Am sorry for what happened earlier. I hope you won't take it to heart. Goodbye and please have a nice day" Pearce said hurriedly at Diana who currently is in a daze.

Although they kissed, the veil wasn't removed from her face or rather, it was kept on top of Pearce's nose. So as soon as Pearce withdrew from the kiss, the veil came down and covered her face again.

As soon as Pearce said that, he hurriedly dashed off with all his strength. But even if he just walked out that area, Diana wouldn't know since she was repeatedly saying a sentence in her head.

"Are you sure this is the place our leader told you the meeting will hold?" A tanned boy asked a tough looking boy as both of them stood in front of a small white colored house with 5 other people. In this group of people, there were 3 girls and 4 boys.

"Yeah, am pretty sure this is the place" the tough looking boy said as he looked at the bold number 5 that was written in the wooden front door.

"But the door is obviously locked!"one of the girls spoke in an annoyed tone.

"Well then we just have to go back" the tough looking boy said dejectedly as he turned to leave that area. But right when he turned, he heard a familiar voice…

"Sorry for being late Robert, something held me up"Pearce said as he met up with the group in front of his house.

"No worries. We would still wait for you till you come" Robert said with a light smile on his face. But when the others heard what Robert said, they secretly glanced as they all thought.

'Really?'

"That's good to hear. Now let's go in" Pearce said after he opened his front door. When everyone got in and were comfortably seated on the couches, Pearce said..

"Now that everyone is seated, let's start off this meeting by saying everything about ourselves"

"Ok I will start"Robert said as he quickly stood up and said.

"Am Robert Hummingbird. Am 15 this year, my qi potential is gold, am at the 2nd stage of the Spirit Fusion Rank and my favorite weapon is a sledge hammer"

"Who cares about your favorite weapon?" The tanned boy said with a nonchalant look on his face.

"At least it's way cooler than you scrappy sword" Robert answered with a mocking smile on his face as he sat back down

"You…" the tanned boy said with an angry look on his face.

"Thats enough, it's ok if you want to say your favorite weapon. It might even help in understanding ourselves better" Pearce suddenly said with a calm look on his face.

"Hmph! Then am next"the tanned boy said before he stood up…

"Am Drake George. Am 14 years old this year, my qi potential is yellow, am at the 7th stage of the Body Tempering Rank and my favorite weapon is a three foot long sword" said the tanned boy with a proud look in his face. But Pearce simply ignored him as he calmly said.

"Next"

Suddenly, one of the girls immediately stood up. This girl has blue hair that were tied back in two ways and a pair light blue eyes.

"Am Wayne Bridget. Am 14 years old this year, my qi potential is red, am at the 5th stage of the Body Tempering Rank and my favorite weapon is a shield" Said the girl with bright eyes.

'Shield?' Pearce thought as he was slightly surprised by her favorite weapon. But he quickly came back to normal when he saw that the others were also calm.

While he was previously taken by surprise, Bridget has already sat back down as a boy stood up. This boy has a slightly long purple hair with dark eyes.

"Am Turner Hutton. Am 15 years this year, my qi potential is gold, am at the 6th stage of the Body Tempering Rank and am a born archer" said the boy with a calm look on his face.

'Interesting' Pearce thought as he looked at the boy with a smirk on his face.
