A True God

In the ruined village, King Aiden stood amidst the rubble, the Black Knights clad in obsidian armor and masks surrounding him. Their conversation buzzed with urgency, but Aiden's mind was preoccupied, an unspoken weight resting heavily upon his thoughts.

"The White have scattered, searching for the energy you sensed," a Black Knight relayed, breaking through Aiden's contemplation.

His gaze swept the desolation before him, but something caught his attention—a trail of peculiar footprints etched in the dirt. Aiden knelt, tracing the marks with a gloved hand, sensing an unfathomable darkness lingering within them. 

"What in the realms..." Aiden muttered to himself, perplexed by the unknown energy resonating from the footprints. His mind raced, concluding the possibility of another realm being opened, or perhaps a creature using teleportation or portals.
