Mei Terumi

The Land of Water is one of the Five Great Nations, located at the easternmost end of the continent, surrounded by the sea on all sides. The islands are scattered around it, dotted with numerous peaks and unique topography.

Kaguya's destination this time is the Land of Water, to investigate the Three-Tails and Six-Tails beasts, and if possible, capture them.

She had changed out of her Akatsuki outfit and put on ordinary clothes, disguising herself as a regular girl. Of course, the "ordinary" here referred to her clothes, as her appearance was impossible to conceal. She had not appeared in public for several years, mostly wrapped in a cloak that covered her entirely. Over these years, her appearance had changed significantly, and few would recognize her as the girl once known as the "One Hundred Million Girl."

However, she seemed to have forgotten that Akatsuki members all had the "curse of stripping." As long as an Akatsuki member took off their clothes, it generally meant they were close to meeting their end.

She boarded a ship heading to the Land of Water, which took almost two months to reach its destination.

Upon arrival, she noticed many differences between the Land of Water and other countries, particularly the strict inspections. If there were any suspicions, individuals would be immediately detained. This regulation was a remnant of the cruel "Village of the Bloody Mist" era. Although the situation had improved significantly since the Fifth Mizukage took office, some regulations, like the stringent entry and exit inspections, remained.

On this ship alone, many people were taken away for failing to provide proper identification or explanations. Their desperate cries suggested they would face severe interrogations.

"Hey, it's your turn, show your proof," a Mist Ninja conducting inspections on the dock approached Kaguya and said.

"Sorry, I don't have any proof. I'm here to seek refuge with my relatives," Kaguya put on a pitiful expression.

The Mist Ninja was momentarily stunned by Kaguya's beauty. He had never seen such a beautiful girl. After a few seconds, he snapped out of it, feeling slightly embarrassed, and said, "Sorry, it's the rule that everyone entering the Land of Water must be inspected."

"But my hometown was ravaged by war, my parents are dead, and I escaped with no proof," Kaguya's eyes welled up with tears, which were actually from yawning earlier.

"I'm really sorry, this is beyond my control," the Mist Ninja scratched his head but remained firm.

At this moment, a tall, scar-faced, fierce-looking Mist Ninja approached, shouting, "What's going on here, why the commotion?"

"Sorry, Lord Kirishima," the Mist Ninja quickly said, "This young girl has no valid identification, but she claims to be seeking refuge with relatives, so she has no way to prove it."

"What?" The man called Kirishima glanced at Kaguya, his eyes widening with a lecherous gleam, almost drooling. He shouted, "Idiot, this is no girl, she's obviously a spy. Arrest her now!"

"But sir," the Mist Ninja hesitated, "This girl looks so weak, she doesn't seem like a spy."

"Slap!"

A crisp sound rang out as Kirishima slapped the Mist Ninja hard, sending him flying and crashing to the ground, blood trickling from his mouth, his cheek visibly swelling.

"Idiot," Kirishima glared fiercely, "Are you defying my orders? Arrest her and bring her to my interrogation room. I will personally interrogate her thoroughly." Kirishima laughed sinisterly, a lascivious smile on his face.

The other Mist Ninjas, intimidated by Kirishima's power, surrounded Kaguya, sighing inwardly. Such a beautiful girl, it seemed she wouldn't escape the captain's clutches. Many girls had been captured by him under various pretexts, and few had survived. It looked like this one would meet the same fate.

Kaguya frowned, her face showing a look of disgust. This hormone-filled pig was truly revolting; just looking at him made her nauseous.

Kaguya clenched her fist, ready to teach this pig a lesson.

"Stop."

At that moment, a magnetic female voice sounded, causing Kaguya to pause and disperse the chakra in her hand.

Not far away, a seductive woman appeared, with long auburn hair and bangs that partially covered her face. Her figure was voluptuous, exuding mature female charm.

"What's going on?" the beautiful woman asked, her voice lazy yet very pleasant.

"Report to the Mizukage," Kirishima quickly straightened up and said seriously, "This person tried to infiltrate the Land of Water and is likely a spy. I was about to take her in for interrogation."

It seemed that this beautiful woman was the Fifth Mizukage, Mei Terumi, the only one who could exude such a seductive charm.

Mei Terumi walked over and stood in front of Kaguya, lightly examining her, even leaning in to sniff her.

"You said she's a spy?" Mei Terumi turned around, batting her beautiful eyes at Kirishima.

"Yes." Under Mei Terumi's gaze, beads of sweat started to form on Kirishima's forehead.

"Do you have any evidence?" Mei Terumi smiled slightly.

Kirishima looked at Mei Terumi's smile, and for some reason, a chill ran down his spine, cold sweat breaking out.

"Not yet," Kirishima hastily said, "but once we interrogate her, we will know." He wiped the sweat from his forehead.

"I've heard that you often use inspection as a pretext to detain fifteen girls, most of whom died under mysterious circumstances," Mei Terumi smiled slightly, "Is that true?"

"No, no," Kirishima's face showed a look of terror as he waved his hands frantically.

"Guards, arrest this scum." Mei Terumi's face turned cold.

"Mizukage, I am loyal to you. I—" Before Kirishima could say more, he was overpowered by the nearby Mist Ninjas, who quickly gagged him and dragged him away.
