Soul Harvester
No one spoke, waiting for Elder Dryan to open his mouth as Elder Maveth kept his gaze fixed on him.
He remained silent for a few moments, then deciding to explain when he saw they were all waiting. A long sigh escaped his lips as he prepared himself. "Alright," he said, making the room tense, "200 years ago, when Reaper's Cove was about to release that strange energy, I, Elder Leynar, Leader Helena..." He paused again, clenching his hands tightly to muster the strength to mention the next two names, "Eleena and Darven, went there to verify if the rumors were true."
Elder Dryan was no longer tense, replaced by a profound sadness that was evident in his sorrowful eyes.
"It was a foolish decision because we lost two precious friends there," another long sigh escaped. He struggled to prevent the sadness from overwhelming him, his hands clenching tighter.
