A frenzy of commotion erupted amongst the guests following his announcement.
"Wife? What the hell is going on brother?!" Desmond asked his older brother, who looked just as confused as he was.
William clenched his fists, and kept his harsh glare on the woman in Thane's arms.
Cressida laughed, "What'd I say mom? There's never a dull moment around him."
But her mother did not share the same sentiment. "Keep your mouth shut, you hopeless drunk!" She raised her gaze to where her husband sat, and noticed he had his eyes on the woman in Thane's arms.
Just like everyone else.
"Mother, did you know about this?" The older uncle, Edward asked.
Sophia shook her head, "No, I didn't know Malcolm was planning ahead of us this entire time." Her features contorted into a heavy frown.
