TWISTED FATE EPISODE SEVEN

He pulled himself up and started kissing me again as I pushed myself towards him and held his waist pressing his body against mine. His body was so warm that It didn't even occur to me that we were naked.

He rocked me up and down then side to side nice and easy as I moved my hips round and round to match his rhythm. I caressed his back as I dug my nails on it before sliding my hands down and grabbing his firm butt grinding it up and down and I could hear him moan softly and cling to me tightly as if he was about to cum. we paused for a moment before we were at it again. Few months later after Lenny proposing marriage before a few of our friends and family members, I was sure I was now going to be the wife. We were having dinner in one of the restaurant when his friend William called him and asked if he could borrow Lenny's car and Lenny asked him to come to the restaurant where we were.

William said he would be there in half an hour and before the half and our ended, someone else showed up. it was jack and this time with a gun in his hand.

Jack: we meet again

Me: Jack?

Lenny: what are you doing here?

Jack: I came to pick it where we left, only that this time. Only one of us walks out of here alive.

When Lenny takes me out in a date, he normally makes sure he asks for the entire place to be reserved for us. Just me and him and I kept wondering how jack got up there. We were at the roof top. Lenny liked to have a view of the city at night.

Lenny didn't look threatened but I was, I Knew what jack could do with a gun.

Jack: you thought you won. I won't let you have her.

Me: Jack please you don't have to do this. We can talk about it.

I said taking a few steps towards him hoping to destruct him but he shifted the gun from Lenny and pointed it at me.

Jack: step back!

I stopped and raised my hands up.

Jack: are you willing to fall in love again with the man who played you with several other babes and left you in a hospital, are you willing to forget everything I put you through and take me back?

I was silent.

Jack: I didn't think so.

Me: then why don't you let us be?

Jack: that is never going to happen. I will kill him then watch you suffer. I want you to feel the pain I have felt for rejecting me.

Lenny: come on man, you can't force a lady to love you. From what I have gathered, Even if she were to give you a second chance, you don't deserve her.

Jack pointed his gun at Lenny again this time attempting to shoot him but it missed.

A call came through Lenny phone which he was holding in his hand and when he looked at the caller ID it was William.

Jack: don't you dare receive it.

Lenny put the phone on the table having received without jack knowing and William could hear everything that was going on.

When Jack shot at Lenny, the sound travelling all the way down and the hotel manager together with a few security officers rushed up to the roof where we were.

Drop your weapon! One of them shouted as he pointed his gun at Jack who without hesitation turned and shot the three securities. Only one of him had a gun.

Jack: kick that gun to me.

He told the manager who had frozen on his trucks when he saw the security officers being shot.

He kicked the gun as he had been ordered to and as Jack bent down to pick the gun,

Lenny kicked the hand in which he was holding the other gun and the gun flew in the air as Jack fell far off from the other gun. Lenny grabbed him and gave him several blows that landed him on the glass which was part of the balcony at the roof top and when he was about to fall off, Lenny dragged his arm. He tried to pull him up but there was nowhere for Jack to hold or step in to help Lenny pull him up and eventually, his hand slipped from Lenny's hold and he went crashing on the ground.

When we looked down, we saw him lying on the pavement with blood around his head and there was also a police car. We also saw William making his way up together with another police officer.

When they got up, Lenny and the manager explained what happened as I stood by the other end of the balcony watching Jack being put in the police van. He was really dead. We recorded a statement with the police then he left Lenny and i go as they tool down the other bodies.

Lenny asked if I could move in with him but I chose to stay with Leila. I could alternate between his place and Leila's. That night, he dropped me off at Leila's and hugged me so tight before letting go.

Lenny: at least now I know you will be safe.

I'm sorry for not saving his life even though I really wanted to.

Me: you are a good man Lenny, despite everything, you still wanted to save his life. It's not your fault that he dropped.

Lenny: you are not just telling me that to play a good girlfriend are you?

Me: No. we both know if I were to choose between you and him I would have chosen you over and over again. I love you Lenny.

Lenny: I love you more. Say hi to your crazy friend. Tell her I wouldn't mind an invite for dinner.

He kissed and hugged me again then

he watched me open the door and go in before he left.

Leila: I heard someone call me crazy.

She said giving me a hug then handing me a dish of popcorn that she had got from the kitchen.

Me: you are so nosey, were you eavesdropping?

Leila: not really. I think the dinner thing is a good idea. I can invite Joe too, that way, they can get to know each other.

Me: then we are on. We should set a date and invite them over. They will have a taste of you special Swahili delicacies.

I joined her on the couch and we had the popcorns as I told her about my day and the encounter with Jack. She was sad that Jack had to die like that but she didn't dwell over it as he wasn't in the list of his favorite people.

The following week, Lenny took me to meet his mum and sisters and they welcomed me like a queen that Lenny portrayed me to be. His dad had passed on when he was in college so all along it had been just mum and his two sisters. They were a well off family and Lenny was also a hardworking man. I had taken Leila with me so that at least I wouldn't feel so uncomfortable. Such meetings could stir a lot of feeling so I needed Leila there with me in case of anything.

Few weeks later our parents met, talked and the bond between the two families grew in an amazing way. We pushed the dinner with Lenny and Joe until after the wedding because Joe had flown out of the country.

Lenny and I had the blessings from our parents to go ahead and plan the wedding and we did. Lenny had a lot of friends and they were all willing to support Lenny and I the best way they could. Cindy's dad who was also Lenny's boss offer to cater for the food expenses as a gift to both of us and so we didn't have to pay a thing. I was worried about Cindy's dad offering to help but Lenny assured me that he was a good man.

On Friday, the day before our wedding we had gone to pick the dress from the dealer as we passed by to taste the food and cake then I took Lenny to the Barber shop and he decided to return the favor by talking me to the salon and waiting for me until the hair was done.

The following morning, the day that was supposed to be my wedding day, I woke up, prepared myself and asked Leila to come with me to the hospital, I wanted to go and see Lenny's body and how well it was kept before I figured out what to do with myself for the better part of that day. My parents didn't want me to go anywhere as they didn't trust how I was feeling. They thought I could do something to harm myself but Leila assured them that I would be okay and because they trusted Leila so much, they allowed us to leave.

Dad gave his car keys to Leila so that she could drive us to the hospital and drive back safe. Leila and I left the house at around 10:00am. I didn't want to stay at home as everyone who came in was looking for me so that they could pass their condolences.

Leila and I drove out of the gate and we didn't speak much because I was in a bad mood. When we got to the main road, some vehicle came at a very high speed and it pulled over right in front of our car and Leila hit the emergency brake. It's only good that we had or seatbelts on otherwise we would have flown out through the windscreen.

Three men got out of the van and grabbed both Leila and I roughing us up and pushing us into the van. They closed the door and drove off. Not even our screaming could make them stop. We were told to shut up or we wouldn't reach the destination alive.....
