DC: The Evo-matrix

A Guy is about to be killed by his best friend in a... unique way or more acuretly a unique circumstance to say the least. He has a choice to make, die brutally or be reincarnated, he choose the later. This is his story. I made this story out of the blue a while back. People tend to make isekai about overpowered character or genuis character so I figured not combine those two types into one. Make no mistake, the main character could still lose. It just depends on the circumstance or opponent and DC has a lot of those. This picture is not mine, I randomly found it on Google image then added some few elements to fit the story, the source of the picture before I added my personnal touch with image edit is here: https://aliens.fandom.com/wiki/Great_Dragon I don't know how this copy right things goes, so if you are the author and want it to be removed just comment on this fan fic and I will remove it as soon as I see it.

Chapter 14: Tamaran's rebirth

[Yugo's Point of View]

Hm? This is a new one. I have regained my memories as an infant but that is not the worst part. Things did not go as planned. Just as I was about to leave my previous universe and go to the one I had set my sight on, it got corrupted with my variant, they dumped their opponent's existence into it.

Now, I could have chosen another world where it would be normal but I just said fuck it. Everything was going so well and that just ruined my mood so I was done with all of that planning shit, I set it to random and left that world soon to be destroyed by Bill Cipher.

For now, the only thing I know is that I am not on Earth or to be more factual, I am not on this universe's Earth. How would I know that you might ask? Well, it is either human evolution took a stray in this universe resulting in humans having golden skin and green eyes or I am on a different planet.

I soon got the proof that I was no longer on earth because I spent three years and I was still an infant meaning that the species that I was now aged slowly. It was only after roughly a decade after regaining my memories that I celebrated my birthday, my FIRST birthday.

Understandably, I had already understood their language at the moment regaining my memories, not because I am a genius but because the Evo-matrix had the same translating function as the Omnitrix.

The good side is that I am a prince, this planet has two different monarchies ruling. It was only after my second birthday that I learned the time difference between this planet and Earth. By Earth's measure, it took thirty-five years for this planet to revolve completely around its star... once.

[AN: It states that a day on Tamaran lasts 1.3 Earth days and that a Tamaranean year lasts 35 Earth years. I am trying to write a story not do math since that would complicate things when I am making a timeline and a plot hole could happen so I figured I would make everything, days to years in a ratio of 1:35 between Tamaran and Earth. ]

No wonder I regained my memories while still being an infant. It had already been more than a decade since my body had been born in this world. I sadly understood why I always regained my memories as a teen.

It was because it was the earliest time I could regain them without my body affecting my mind considerably. Hm? You do not believe it, well here are some examples. My mother in this universe, Queen Salja could not last an entire hour awake without holding me in her arms.

At first, I did not like that and my father in this universe, King Tharras, noticed it and talked to her about it. Much to my happiness she decided to stop holding me so much. Now here is where my body overcame my mind, after barely two hours of not being smothered to death by her, I started yelling like there was no tomorrow. It would have been seen as crying had my eyes shed tears.

The palace servants were at a loss at how to stop my tantrum and I only stopped my tantrum after Queen Salja came and held me in her arms. There were also times when I was distracted by shiny objects.

It took seven years, Tamaranean years which is two hundred and forty-five Earth years, and learned a lot of things. For example, the planet I was in called Tamaran was in the Vega star system and has dozens of planets, hundreds of races, thousands of cultures, and trillions of sentient beings.

And not all of them were as peace-loving as Tamaraneans. Like a Napoleon complex fueled Vegeta as a spirit animal, a race called the Citadelians wage war through the star system, conquering planet after planet.

Tamaran happens to have been their newest target but due to their stupidity of waging war with multiple civilizations at a time, they have yet to launch a full-scale invasion on Tamaran. According to the remaining civilizations remaining before Tamaran and my estimation, they will not launch an invasion on Tamaran for another decade.

This is due to both their weird plan of conquer and Tamaran's own military might. I am still too young to build what I planned on deterring the Citadel's invasion. My mother's overprotectiveness does not allow me to walk a single step unattended by a legion of guards.

I mean I was starting to think that she had a split personality disorder. She is adamant that I train even at a young age, ordering my combat instructor to be draconian with his teachings. I mean I am technically seven years old on Tamaran yet I train like I am a spartan.

After leaving my training session half dead, I am greeted by my mother who is all concerned about my well-being like she did not order my draconian instructor to train me like I was going to war yesterday.

Now you might be asking why do I not just use my abilities to stop all of this. That is a very good question which... I will not answer. Moving on, there have been some talks about a political marriage between me and one of the two princesses of the other half of Tamaran.

Anyway, I have already designed the schematics for the planetary shield that will stop the Citadel which is something I call the Arc Net Shield. With this, Tamaran will become an impenetrable fortress. The material needed to build it is relatively simple but I will use some of my minerals as a power source for this Arc Net Shield.

You see, one of the things I created before leaving that other universe was a pocket dimension sort of like a portable microverse the difference is that time flowed as I wished. It would have taken three bitches and a half to make it work if I did not have Kang's knowledge about time.

In my microverse, there are trillions of inhabited planets that house crystals that I have dubbed Arc crystals. A single pound of Arc crystal is equivalent to an Arc reactor. Not going to lie, it took a lot of tries to get this microverse just right.

Tamaranean society is driven more by emotion than reason, it pushed them to be more expressive and peaceful for some reason. This meant that they are trustworthy due to the fact that they almost never lie but old habits die hard and I have been secretly hoarding pieces here and there in preparation for the Arc Net Shield.

On another note, it did not take long for people to notice that I was smarter than people my age or even adults specifically Tamaranean scholars. This boosted my so-called nickname of Fearless Prince, at the age of eight I started upgrading my schematics to ensure that no matter what forces lay outside of Tamaran, the Arc Net Shield would block it.

At the age of ten, I built what all Tamaranians soon learned to be the Arc Net Shield. When the Citadel's annual attack was launched on Tamaran yet failed to even hit the planet, It became known as the impenetrable shield of Tamaran.

With the Arc Net Shield in place, Tamaran became an impenetrable fortress even more secure than the Citadel's homeworld which they boasted to be the most impenetrable place in the star system. The Citadelians could not breach it no matter how many attacks they launched.

At one point they spent an entire Tamaranean month which was like thirty-five Earth months constantly attacking the Arc Net Shield which did not break. After this, peace had finally returned to Tamaran.

With the Arc Net Shield guarding the planet, the people of Tamaran took this time to replenish their strength and resources. The surprise attack from the Citadel that happened a few years before my birth had destroyed part of the Planet's natural ecosystem and the Tamaranean were too busy defending their home to resolve that problem... until now.

Tamaraneans started focusing on agriculture and rebuilding the lost flora but that did not mean that the people of Tamaran stopped training. The two Monarchy knew that so long as the Citadel continued to attack, Tamaran would never fully return to its peaceful days.

Though after regaining the peace they had long cherished, the people of Tamaran began to view me in an even higher regard. Talks about me marrying one of the princesses stopped being a closed-door discussion and became a hot topic among the masses.

It did not help that both Royal Family confirmed that Prince Yugo, which is me, would be marrying one of the princesses of Tamaran. This caused a debate to spread through Tamaran about which princess should be married to Prince Yugo and vice versa.

It basically became a sort of fan club fight. One group was for me to marry the eldest Princess because she had the claim to the throne and would thus unite Tamaran once and for all while the other wanted me to marry the youngest princess because she was loved by all.

Still, not everything is all rainbows and sunshine. Since the Citadel had the brain capacity of Patrick the Starfish, they kept launching attack after attack hoping to break the shield only to stop after wasting their ammo and wait until the next batch of supplies arrived.

I say it is a waste of ammo because whenever the energy reserve went below eighty percent, I would go to my Microverse and restock its reserve. In the words of Kirito from SAO Abridged, the Arc Net Shield's metaphoric wounds 'Heal faster than you can make them'.

Still, with the peace finally here, I thought my training would lessen but no, it got even more intense under the pretense that I would now be targeted by the Citadel. In my free time, I started to awaken my "Grand Spark" by practicing magic.

It was only after awakening it within a year... Tamaranean year which was again thirty-five Earth years, that I understood my eighth cheat. I got Chaos and not just any Chaos, the Chaos from Seven Deadly Sin itself.

Some might think that pale in comparison to the other cheats but mind you, everything that is in that Series came from it one way or another. Normally, I would flaunt it around but I did not feel the need to do so and I was happy here.

There was nothing that bothered me enough to change it. I was chilling and I was set for life, not the way I wanted it but in a way that was welcomed. Time flew fast and before I knew it I was now fifteen years old.

The second princess of Tamaran was also fifteen years old and the time came for me to replenish the fuel for the Arc Net Shield. Due to my overprotective mother, I had to go with guards to my own Microverse, every time I needed to replenish fuel for the Arc Net Shield though this time we had two additional members.

The trip took longer since the guards unusually had problems with the equipment which always ended up with me being alone with one or both of the princesses. They were clearly following someone's order... My money is on either one of the current kings.

When we returned to Tamaran, we were welcomed by a horrific sight and then showered by tragic news. Both Kings and Queens had died along with the second Prince of Tamaran during the Citadel's surprise attack.

This should not have been possible and I was told the reason why such impossibility happened. The core of the Arc Net Shield had been stolen. The guards said that it was missing but from what my tracker indicated, it had already left the planet.

What can I say, old habits die hard. Hm? You are surprised that I am taking this well? The thing is that you are right, I am not just angry... I am livid which is why I just pressed a button on my Arc Net Shield's tracking device while a general was talking about how to respond to the Citadel's ultimatum.

What does that button do? Well... it activates the Arc Net Shield's core self-destruct function. This will cause the core to destroy everything within a hundred-foot radius as well as serve as my response to their ultimatum.

I planned to thoroughly crush them before wrapping things up but things did not go my way. I first had to quell the people by rebuilding a new Arc Net Shield's core and adding a forcefield on the machine so that no one could steal the core again.

I also ousted the one responsible for the theft of the Arc Net Shield's core, Xand'r as a way to calm the masses and explain why this new Arc Net Shield would not fail like the last one. The Citadel resumed their attack with much vigor but they were not able to penetrate the Arc Net Shield.

I had also secretly improved it but decided not to tell anyone. Tamaran began to rebuild once more but this time with the intention to bring the war to the Citadel. Saying that you are going to go to war and actually going to war are two different things.

War needs preparation which took time, time which Tamaran now had once more. It took two Tamaranean years for Tamaran to be ready for war. During those two years, I built a time machine and went to the past to bring both Kings, both Queens and the second prince back to our time while leaving behind a clone body of each of them.

Once again, it did not go my way. I went to both Royal couples and explained things. When I expected them to come with me they told me that they were okay with dying there, that it was their duty. They also said that Ryand'r deserved to die for his treason.

[AN: This might sound absurd, I'm talking about them staying to die, but remember Tamaranean once ousted the father of Starfire for giving her to the Citadel as a way to save them. They viewed it as him being weak. Then they gave the throne to Blackfire who had sold them out.]

I again tried to reason with them and asked them to listen to logic but that ended when my mother hugged me before telling me that I would understand their decision one day after I became king. I could guess what it meant but I was still at a loss for words. What happened after that does not concern you guys...

Anyway, after I came back I realized that I had gotten too attached to this world which was bad. Attachment is death to someone like me... that is definitely my inner Rick. I could not stand such an admission of need so I figured I use one of the oldest rick tricks in the book.

I looked at a universe where the Citadel had not killed them yet but every one of them did not have the Arc Net Shield... but I could work with that. I then looked at one where my doppelganger existed and recently died unnoticed by anyone.

Once I found one I looked if everything was correct but I always found something that was wrong. My mother was not caring enough in this one, my father had a chipped tooth in another, my mother hated hugs in that, and my father was ambidextrous in this one.

It took five fucking Tamaranean months for me to admit that there was never going to be another universe that was good enough to replace them. I had become attached which was why I never used my powers before.

I did not want to change anything which caused me to lose something. I admitted that I was in denial and went into the next stage of grief... REVENGE!

I spent the remaining time of those two years upgrading Mr. Nimrod while also managing Tamaran. For those who care, I ended up marrying both Princesses because people had begun physically fighting over who I should marry and this was not something that should happen when Tamaran needed to be united.

Tamaran had different views on marriage than humans which meant it was normal to have more than one spouse. Upon declaring my decision and using that fact, the people looked at each other like they had been idiots for forgetting that part of their own culture.

Since the two princesses were more than fine with things, everything went without a hitch. We got married and made a vow between us three, always and forever, which would begin while I eradicate every Citadelian gene from this Universe.

They both helped me manage Tamaran since I needed to focus my attention on upgrading Mr. Nimrod. Komand'r and Koriand'r were born leaders though they shined in different aspects.

Komand'r knew how to manage our people and get them ready for war while Koriand'r knew how to inspire them in their moments of doubt as we merged both kingdoms into a new one. Now after two years of preparation, war was upon us or so the rest of the population outside the high-ranking military officers and the three of us.

Today was not going to be the start of a counter-attack against the Citadel but a demonstration of Tamaran's new military might. I stood in front of the people of Tamaran, with a few guards surrounding us and both my wives behind me as I spoke.

"People of Tamaran, for too long has the Citadel attacked us! I am sure most of you often wonder why this happens and I am here to tell you why. It is because the Citadel thought of us as weak! They kept attacking us and taking from us because of that simple thought while we only wanted peace!

If we truly wish for peace then we must show the rest of the Vega Star System that Tamaran is not weak! That it will not be defeated and as your king, I will make it so! Now that Tamaran has rebuilt once more and almost regained everything that it is owed, I will give Tamaran the last thing it needs..."

I paused as both my wives brought something to me. In each of their two hands was a dark green and purple cubic box that held a purple button on top of each. I pressed the buttons and something appeared in front of us.

*POOF*

"I'm Mr. Necron! Look at me!"

*POOF*

"I'm Mr. Necron! Look at me!"

Two humanoid, robotic skeletal warriors appeared out of thin air in a cloud of smoke before uttering those words to us. I pressed the buttons forty-eight more times.

*POOF*

"I'm Mr. Necron! Look at me!"

*POOF*

"I'm Mr. Necron! Look at me!"

*POOF*

"I'm Mr. Necron! Look at me!"

*POOF*

"I'm Mr. Necron! Look at me!"

*POOF*

"I'm Mr. Necron! Look at me!"

*POOF*

"I'm Mr. Necron! Look at me!"

....

By the time I was done, I had a hundred of Mr. Necron surrounding us along with my wives and my royal guards.

"Mr. Necron! Leave no Citadelians alive in this universe!"

I commend them as they all kneeled to me before speaking in unison.

"Understood!"

They soon flew to space and I resumed my speech as the people of Tamaran saw through the screen behind us, the Citadelian's entire fleet being dismantled by a legion of Mr. Necron.

"The last thing, Tamaran is owed... is ITS REVENGE!"

I yelled as the people of Tamaran screamed my name and cried out of joy. There was no lost love between us and the Citadelians. Their genocide was welcomed by almost all the people of Tamaran but that is a story for another day.

After my big speech and the people of Tamaran seeing the Citadelian fleet being dismantled, we retreated to the war room where those with authority watched the rest of the footage on a daily basis.

We watched as the hundreds of Mr. Necron scoured the Vega System looking for Citadelians to exterminate. It took a Tamaranean week for Mr. Necron to reach the Citadelian's homeworld and thoroughly ERADICATE them though some of them escape because I secretly let them.

Now it was just like hunting ducks and they would keep hunting them until the suffering owed was repaid then they could die until then a few Citadelians would live though things would become difficult for them.

Although Mr. Necrons did not want to die like Mr. Meeseeks, I programmed them to become more cruel as time went by, while they were performing an extermination order from me. The generals were impressed with the military might of Mr. Necron and if I had not before, I now had complete control over Tamaran's military force.

I resumed equipping them with a high-tech set of armor and weapons. I decided to advance Tamaran's technology and prepare for the next blood bath that was going to come our way. I had not forgotten about the Dominators and Psion.

They were the only ones left of the species that needed their eradication to commence and I was sure that they would attack us soon which would serve well for my plans. You see the Citadel had three main civilizations under them and doing their bidding while the rest were conquered and enslaved.

Those civilizations were the Branx Warriors, Spider Guild, and the Gordanians. After losing their homeworld, some of the Citadelians fled to each of those civilization's planets bringing along Mr. Necron who added them to their list of races to exterminate as I had programmed them to do.

Those civilizations suffered, or more precisely, are suffering the same fate as the Citadel. This makes, Tamaran one of the top forces in the Vega Star System which is a start. I plan to build an Empire and spread it through the Universe so that everyone knows not to fuck with me or with what is mine!

I also did not forget about Xand'r, I sent a legion of Mr. Necron after him with the same objective. To hunt him down, make him pay, make him suffer, and only when the suffering owed was repaid then he would have his hope crushed. Hm? You thought I was going to kill him? No, I have something else in mind.
