Past, Despair & a Pit

Marcus opened his eyes and found himself once again in a very familiar apartment as he looked towards the kitchen dyed completely in red and signs of struggle.

This scene caused Marcus to stand still with a chill and a huge amount of remorse surging through his entire being.

Bracing himself he walked forward as he saw her, the first love of her life, Elize lying there with her open lifeless eye with the other gouged out. Her body bent at her waist at an impossible angle causing the spine to protrude out of her back, her clothes all torn and her skin skimmed at several places with missing mass with white liquid all over her.

Her love, his life was raped and tortured in the most inhumane way and his joy, Alice kidnapped all because he found about some high profile individuals involved in Human, Organ and Sex Trafficking that included people of all ages irrespective of their age from a 2 year old infant to a 30 year old woman, everyone.

Marcus due to his job as the part of the FBI was required to look into the case of human, organ and sex trafficking and he through some stroke of luck or misfortune found about a secret society that controlled the 90% of this market.

So Marcus did what was required of him, report to his senior only to get involved in a series of misfortunes getting demoted and finally now his wife getting tortured, raped and killed along with his daughters kidnapping breaking his last stem of morality.

Immediately he in rage went rogue underground into hiding and emerge only to bomb the several FBI facilities, safehouses and the FBI HQ down all at once leaving the once most arrogant and largest intelligence agency to remain just a hollow shell.

He didn't stop there but tracked all those involved in his wife's torture and killed them in the most ruthless manner which would bring a chill down the spine of the most ruthless individuals in history.

He didn't shy away from using the famed Judas Cradle, Blood Eagle, Breast Ripper, Pear of anguish, Scaphism, skinning them alive, White room torture, forcing them to eat their own feces, letting them be raped by horses, pigs or bulls, dying choking on them and other much worse methods.

Soon he gained the moniker of the world's most cruelest human in the underworld, an emotionless man who won't stop torturing. At first it was just those who raped his wife but slowly he going after other members of the organisation completely losing himself in vengeance and revenge. It was only when he came across a shipment container that housed victims of trafficking did he regained himself and realised her daughter may still be alive.

Once again he set out looking for his daughter's clues meeting many people along the line who faced much similar fate as him but there was only one who could get close to him, Riley who had her husband and son murdered who he met once he was injured and being looked after by some children of the orphanage and she used to visit their regularly.

It was then Marcus knew that humans can be of all shades but children were pure that can be molded to be good or bad, they didn't have any expectations from us just simple love was all they needed. So with renewed vigour he again set out this time accompanied by Riley.

They worked together, held each others back together, shared their bed but didn't express their love despite being clear of their feelings just because they had a goal to fulfill.

Their hard work and their determination didn't go unfounded as they finally cracked the Asian head of the organization, a wealthy Sheikh of the Arab. It was there he finally saw her, his baby girl, Alice forcefully wedded to an obese Sheikh and a 2 year old daughter when she herself was only 16 years old.

When they finally reunited, they cried and hugged each other with Alice complaining for her dad to take so many years to find her and Marcus repeatedly apologising for not coming sooner but still held each other firmly frightened to lose each other once again.

Marcus then didn't hesitate to kill the Sheikh while transferring all his assets to Alice and sending her to a very trustworthy contact in India that he knew since the start of his vengeance. He again set out taking out the Asian head stirring the entire organization.

By this time he was already one the world's most wanted man, feared by the masses who didn't know his true purpose but that slowly stopped as regularly some videos started popping on the net.

Of the corrupt officials, kidnappings, tortures, behind the desk deals, d=faces of famous personalities involves stirring the world in rage, riots becoming common along with public purge while those at the brunt of this revolt seethed their teeth in rage with only one name 'Vengeance'. That was all they could ever find about the man who was set stone on bringing them down.

But Marcus too wasn't able to fulfill his promise as he saw Riley too sacrificing herself for him to escape an ambush suffering from a second loss of his love making him go to another depression, more blood thirsty and slowly turning psychotic.

He started killed mindlessly all people irrespective of their crime. It didn't matter what crime the individual had committed, may it be robbery, kidnapping or murder as long as one was not innocent he would kill becoming the very person he started his quest against.

But finally he was put to rest with a knife through his heart by his own daughter surprising him but still closed his eyes with a smile and muttering 'Thank You & I Love You'.

The next moment he knew he opened his eyes again surrounded by water as he looked at the apex, a slight source of light indicating the top so he swam as his disarrayed thoughts settled his eyes becoming calmer as he finally reached the surface and swam out with a big breath still with his calm eyes as he walked out the source of water devoid of all injuries but much stronger physically, mentally and spiritually all thanks to the undiscovered wonder of this world.

[A/N: What's Up Folks,

With this I have covered Marcus's past shading light on his some skill sets that he had shown like hacking and a much part of his personality. His love for children and his obsession with his woman and despise for those in power telling us how unreasonably he reacted to Bruce Wayne's casual flirting and Carine Falcone's just single insult.

Many would say that such a figure of his past life wouldn't act like that but you need to understand that he has been reborn in a new world recovering his memories only after he suffered an accident rendering hi to coma and homeless after waking up until his memories recovered.

His thoughts have also been in a disarray and now due to the effect of the Pit he is reborn again but this time completely integrated into this verse of DC.]
