The woman in red

My master turned to me "Before we enter there is something you must know "he said in a serious manner. He told me that this place also used to be an asylum and that evil will be stronger here and it was alright for me to sit this one out.

Without hesitation I chose to join him as we walked through the double doors as soon as we were on the other side a white flash appeared. I put my hands up to protect my eyes but as soon as I put them down again, I was looking up at the ceiling.

I looked around the room the walls were padded, there was no windows except the barred one on the iron door in front of me. The hairs on the back of my neck stood up I was not in here alone. Slowly I turned around as the last time someone was behind me it lunged at me.

I was right at the back wall the was a woman sitting crossed legged, her hair was long and black and judging by her clothes she was an inmate. "where is my master" I nervously asked the strange woman.

The strange woman started banging her head of the padded wall as she kept screaming, she has him the woman who will not let me sleep. "who won't let you sleep" I ask in a calming voice.

The light in the room began to flicker. With each flicker the woman in my cell got closer to me then the light went out after a few seconds it came on the women was right in my face her eyelids were gone.

She screamed the woman in red. The scream startled me as I fell backwards through the door. It was opened this whole time. After feeling like a fool for a few seconds I dusted myself off and stood up. I started to walk down the corridor when a voice called out to me.

I turned around and it was a doctor he was incredibly old with a big white bushy beard. The doctor walked up to me with anger in his face "I said a quick break that doesn't mean you can lay with the patients Mr. Wilson" he roared at me.

I had so many questions like what he meant by lay and who was Mr. Wilson but by the time I summon the courage to look at him again he was already at the other end of the corridor. I thought my best action would be to keep up this act and follow him.

"this is no time to dilly dally I've finally found a subject that can unlock the secrets of this place "he said with excitement as we walked towards his surgery. He opened the doors and led me into the surgery room. The room itself was quite big but I could not really focus on any but the center of the room as my master lay there on the surgery table.

I stood frozen to the spot as I watch nurses stick tubes into my master's arms and neck. One of the nurses grabbed me by the hand and brought me to the head of the table. The doctor handed me of earmuffs. The doctor instructed me to place the earmuffs on my master's head.

"Nak just turn around and ignore them they are ghosts" he said painfully as if it hurt to speak each word. I listen to my master, dropped the earmuffs and face away from the ghosts and shut my eyes. A few minutes of them screaming at me pass then the room fell silent. I open my eyes and slowly turn around relief washed over me as they had gone.

"what would have happened it if I put them things on your end" I asked out of curiosity.

My master slowly got of the table "oh I would have died a horrible death" he said with a chuckle as he pated me on the back. I followed him to the exit of the surgery room. instead of walking into the corridor with padded cells it was a room with stained glass windows. On the windows where disturbing murals depicting murders and animal sacrifice.

The air in the room turned cold as the statue of Yuzu goddess of the light and nature started to bleed. My master instructed me to ready myself as the demon was approaching. I reached down to pull out my blades but too my dismay all I grabbed was air.

"I have no weapons I must have dropped them when I was in my cell" I shouted in panic as the room was filling with gusts of wind.

My master threw over one of his revolvers I think he also said how to use it, but the wind was getting so loud that I could not hear him. I did not panic as I've seen him shoot it a lot, I thought to myself as I pulled back the hammer and waited till there was something to shoot at.

The wind passed and there was the demon she was standing in a dress that was covered in blood, her face was pale and around her neck was a mark from where she tied the knot around her throat. My master a I fired at the same time not only did my shot completely miss but the knockback knocked me on my ass.

My master's shot did not do anything I could tell that the taunting the demon was doing. My master fell beside me.

"How do we cleanse the demon master" I asked feeling like we were doomed.

"We did to strangle it and to do that I need a distraction. My master said full of confidence.

"enough talk" the demon screamed as she bangs her heel into the ground. The ground began to tremble as flames burst through the fissures. I rose to my feet just in a nick of time as magma started pouring out of the sides of the open fissures.

I needed to think of a way to distract her "hey pale face over her" that didn't work as she stayed on her current path towards my master then I remembered how much she hates the medical staff.

"I don't know what your problem is lady the doctors and nurses were just doing their job" I screamed over at her now that worked as she quickly turned her attention to me . she lunged at me her nails looking as sharp as razor blades, but she was stopped in her tracks as a rope was cast over her throat

The demon let out a screech as she shattered into a million pieces. All was calm then another bright light appeared as I did the same thing as before but this time when I put my hands down, I was back in my room with the sun shining through the window.
