Chapter 1: The Return to Orario

Standing outside the gate of Orario in line I think.

'Sigh it's been almost 7 years since I left Orario I wonder how Heaphy and Tsubaki are doing, thinking about my Goddess and Familia captain.

Upon reaching the front of the queue I see Shakti with a few other members of the Ganesha Familia.

"Yo Shakti, how have you been?"

"Well I'll be damned, is that you Mikey"

"Ha yeah finally managed to get Astraea settled down in Solingen"

"Let me guess that's why it took you so long to return," she said laughing knowing about the Smithing City.

Some of the members with Shakti then asked her "Captain who is he?"

She then raised her voice and dramatically said "Listen up kids the IronMonger has returned to Orario." Expecting some sort of reaction.

When she didn't get one she looked at the one who asked and Said "Who were the main forces responsible for the extermination of Evilus?"

"The Astraea, Loki, Freya, and Hephaestus Familia's" Someone in the queue shouted.

"Correct. Now what only the people who were there for the war know Hephaestus only had 2 combat adventurers in her Familia at the time. One was Tsubaki 'Cyclops' Collbrande a newly made Lv5 and Micheal 'Ironmonger' Wells who was almost Lv6. These 2 adventurers alongside Finn 'Braver' Deimne, Riveria 'Nine Hells' Alf, Gareth 'Elgarm' Landrock, Mia 'Demi Ymir' Grande, and 'King' Ottar were at the forefront of the alliance and violence that shook the city." She said Solemnly.

Meanwhile, I took this moment to sneak past Shakti and the crowd that was forming around her into Orario.

Heading towards the Crimson Chamber I am excited to see the look on Heaphy's face when I ask for a status update.

Sneaking into the building and standing in front of the double doors that are at the entrance to Heaphy's office, I kick open the door and yell "Heaphy I'm hooooommmmeeee" at the unsuspecting Goddess.

Hephaestus who was busy doing paperwork before being rudely interrupted startles and spills a pot of ink over the paperwork she was dealing with. Enraged she slowly picks up her blacksmithing hammer and stands saying "Little Micheal while usually I would be happy to have one of my children returning back home after a long time, please stand still so I can hit you with this hammer" Smiling angrily.

"He He He I missed you too Heaphy," I said chuckling "Now lets both calm down and get me reintegrated into the Familia"

Looking down at the destroyed paperwork she was originally doing she sighed "Come and lie down so I can add you back to the family." making her way towards the couch in her office.

Lying face down on the couch she pricked her finger and allowed a drop to fall onto my back showing,

Shocked she asked me "Micheal. Do you know what this says"

"Let me guess that I'm a level 9 and I finally completed the Pagma's Descendant Developmental ability." I respond cheekily still lying face down on her couch.

She smacks me on the back of my head before flipping me over "Explain! Now!" she growled.

"There isn't much I can say While I was helping Astraea get settled in Solingen the Familia needed money and the fact that I was still a member of our Familia who was on loan to the Astraea Familia allowed me access to our forge there. Three years on basically non-stop smithing later I somehow ended up a Lv 8 with SSS on all of my stats so I decided it was time to make my way back." I said seriously "Besides I have a feeling Orario is going to get interesting soon."

"Micheal, last time you had a feeling like this you ended up saving the Astraea Familia." She responded quietly

"Not that kind of interesting" I insisted "just interesting, interesting. Not dangerous interesting."

"Oh well as long as none of our Familia get hurt don't get too involved," she said dropping the matter " Now lets go get you registered at the guild and you can explain to Trubaki the reason you stayed out of Orario for so long," she said grinning as she walked off

"Heaphy! Wait lets talk about this. Don't throw Little Mikey to the wolves" I wailed Dramatically as I raced after her.
