The group's hushed whispers echoed in the silence as they observed the two mysterious silhouettes emerging from the depths of the night.
Silvia tightened her grip on Corbin's arm, her breath catching as the figures approached the shore. Their faces hidden in the dim light, the men spoke in low, conspiratorial tones that carried over the water.
"Why did you call me so urgently?"
Corbin's brows furrowed as he heard that voice. It felt familiar, yet he couldn't recognise who was there.

That voice... it was more familiar than the other one.
