Lina was cleaning her house in the morning when she heard loud knocks on the door.
"Is it Roger?" She threw the broom in her hand on the floor and dashed to the door to open it.
Her smile faded slightly when she saw her friends instead of her missing husband.
"Good morning, Lina!" White was the first one to greet her.
"Good morning!"
"Aren't you going to invite us inside?" Smith asked with a smile.
Lina wanted to invite her friends in, but she was alone and with her image already tainted in the town by her own family, she didn't want people to doubt her character too.
"Or maybe you can invite them if I am here?!"
She looked up to see Sylvia's smiling face peeking from behind Hunt's muscular form.
Lina was delighted to see Sylvia there with her friends. She was restless the whole night and needed someone to talk to who could understand her. And with Sylvia's surprise visit, she felt relieved.
