With one look, it was obvious that the night had begun to fade away, transforming into daylight.
But it was barely noticeable since it was the Black Forest.
Hermione was reluctant to let him go, and he was as well hesitant to leave.
She wore a sulk on her face as she looked at him as though she was going to cry.
This action made Servyn chuckle. He pulled her closer and hugged her to himself before placing a tender kiss on her forehead.
Yet still, Hermione didn't feel like letting him leave.
"I promised you before, right? I'll come get you myself when you're done with your recuperation."
Hermione didn't respond, but only tightened her hand around his waist possessively.
"I promise." Servyn mumbled to her ears.
Hermione raised her head to look at him. "How long will that be?" She pouted childishly.
Servyn smiled at her. That smile she had missed seeing so much. "That depends on you, Hermione."
