"Why did you leave?" Servyn inquired as he gazed heavily at her.
"I…I…." She couldn't bring herself to utter her tragedy.
"Then why did you not come to me?" He asked with his gaze roaming round her face.
His palm still held her cheeks. From his countenance anything she said wrong might anger him, then how was she supposed to tell him that she deliberately ran from him, using it as an opportunity to escape what she sees as her gravest mistake. But here she is now.
Her eyes silently looked into his stilled ones without saying a word.
"You aren't going anywhere from now on." He decreed with a serious look etched on his face.
Hermione was about to protest but held back her tongue when she saw the expression he possessed. It was not the right time, for now she should just go along with him and then maybe when he has calmed down she can approach him.
