Servyn was standing at the window where the wind blustered in. In his hand was the gold chain which he had collected from the woman who claimed that her husband was killed by Hermione.
His eyes fixed keenly on the object speculating its presence. He vividly remembered the day he had met Hermione for the second time, it was in the local market when he was trailing a certain merchant who had discovered something suspicious and purposely took the market route because of the crowd. Leading Servyn to be distracted, not because of the crowd but because of the reason for the crowd.
This should be the possession the seller ranted about. Then what was it doing in Hermione's house? She said she didn't take it and not just that, he knew she didn't take it, how come it was found at her house. If he should ask her would she know anything about it?
