due to office stress I got numbness in my left arm despite of that I focused on my basic rights there are 150 homes in this small cumunity and peoples are poor and mostly illiterate and lay man.no body stand with me for basic rights and needs like water electricity and gas due to fear of mafia .mafia collected 90 % extra profit on free govt scheme for example electricity and gas ligal charges were 10 $ but Mafia charge 100$ its mean 90% extra then actual amount.

GM ,area manager and supervisor all were mixup with mafia.when they came to install meter first they call to mafia as so os as we will reached into colony you have to attack on our staff with ammunition to increase influence as per plan they did that forcibly snatched meter and Aim pistol Then gm call me mafia attacked on us now what should we do.I replied you can call on police help .its your responsibility to install meter not mine I have paid legal charges into bank gm replied what your harm the mafia why mafia is against you.I replied I did not pay extra money that is my fault and you don't conduct my enqury do what that you have to install.mafia become weak and done got heart attack and resign from mafia head but people did not a weak from sound sleep.I focused on job and by God grace dismantle mafia activities in the area.halted all illigal activities and money collection.all electric company employee transfers or dismiss after audit and engury those found guilty and after my success and debacle of mafia people stared my respect and calling me conquerer of community.

throughout the event I got mentally stress and threats financially and physically I comityment with my self go ahead don't despair and fight with mafia ask question about actual cost trnsperensy and last but not least mafia got debacle despite police help K,e help ,kickbacks fraud bribe I single person overcame on mafia due to education bravery and honesty.
