Human Beings Are More Dangerous Than Beasts
Actually, during the night, it is relatively unsafe to stay far from a village because the areas between villages consist of very small flat lands and dense forests. Although there are no powerful beasts within these areas, it doesn't imply the absence of ordinary animals. The laws of this world favor the growth of plants and beasts. Within the boundaries of these areas, while powerful beasts are scarce, a significant number of ordinary beasts exist that have not yet undergone mutation. These beasts pose relatively small dangers and are mostly concealed and hard to locate. When the boundaries were established, no efforts were made to clear them out due to the near impossibility of doing so.
