Alexander pulled her to her feet in a swift motion, her chest brushing against how close he held her. She gawked up at him, completely surprised at his sudden movements. A small playful smile tugged at his lips before he released a small chuckle, clearly after taking in the surprised look on her face.
"No more of that thanks." He lifted his chin in the direction of her attempt at making a tart. "Let me take you to a real bakery, then you can get a taste of what I like?"
"A bakery?" She blinked up at him, as if he spoke a foreign language. "I believe there are only a few of them, most people can't afford them and those that can employ staff to make whatever it is they like. So there is almost no need for them."
