You free this Friday? :) ~Reed

Depends... A penny for your thoughts? ~Lynn

I'll pick you up. ~Reed

Okay... ~Lynn

Don't worry, you're going to enjoy this. ~Reed

I chuckled then continued to studying. The library was not packed with people today so I was doing my assignments in peace and quiet. Sam and Jade were with me before calling it quits.

Packing up my stuff, I walked towards the exit, shoulders unknowingly brushing against Reed who just entered while not paying attention to anyone around him.

Friday, 7:00 a.m

Taylor was already doing her bed when I woke up. "Morning" I stretched out my arms.

"Goodmorning."

"Which wing are you heading off to?"

"West, why?"

"I'm going there as well, wanna walk together?"

Giving her a thumbs up, she went to the showers. I followed her a few minutes later, both of us heading to class. Once out, the whole gang sat together in the cafeteria.

"Who is eager to go to the library with me tomorrow night?" Holden suggested. I raised my hand in approval. I liked being ahead of studying my notes for each class.

"I'm kinda going on a date, but how about next week?" We all turned to Alexis.

Styles fanned himself. "Ooh la la, should I be worried about the unlucky fella?"

Smirking, Mathew responded to Styles' recent comment. "What's the worst that could happen, Lexi cuffing bae next to the bedpost?" Michael decided to make moaning sounds to add an extra effect.

The rest of us laughed while Alexis only groaned. "Could you stop embarrassing me? People are staring." She hissed.

"So it's settled then... Everyone except lovebird Lexi is going to the library?"

We all nodded. Checking the time, I realised that it was already 14:00 p.m. Reed was expecting me at 14:20 p.m. Raising from my chair, I grabbed my bag.

"Where are you off to?" Logan crossed his arms.

"I'm meeting up with someone."

His lips went into a thin line, frowning. "Oh, well then. Have fun."

I offered a smile, ignoring the surprising looks on everyone's faces as they continued to notice Logan's weird behaviour. After saying my goodbyes, I ran towards my dorm room and began changing.

A notification beep came from my phone. Wear a bikini underneath your clothes and bring extra clothes too...~Reed

Okay. So we're going to the beach? A simple white T-shirt, denim shorts and black flip flops will do the trick. Wearing a two piece black bikini underneath it all, I grabbed a pair of my green bra and panties, clothes with some of my make-up and my hairbrush (toiletries included). With my black backpack strapped on my shoulders, I called Reed to pick me up.

"Hey, Lynn." He smiled.

"Reed West."

"No fair, I don't even know your last name yet." Pulling off a pout, I wondered how such a serious guy could have so many personalities.

I shrugged. "Great things take time."

"Not this long." He muttered. Cupping his face, I stole a kiss. "I missed you too."

Biting his lower lip, I watched him blush. Reed fucking West was flushed. Driving off, I willingly took control of his stereo and turned on the volume to Drax Project's 'Smart Love'.

Chuckling at my poor choice of dance moves, he reached for my right hand and kissed my knuckles before intertwining them with his own hand. The road trip was pretty long, but Reed suddenly stopped the car.

"We're here." He announced, parking the car.

"Where are we, exactly?"

Grinning, I was told to exit the car with my eyes closed. Weird... Covering my eyes with both of his hands, I heard people laughing and screaming while we neared them.

"Open them."

I immediately wasted no time looking around. Red. So much red. The walls, street and people were covered by tomatoes. Woah. I've never seen something like this in my entire life before.

I stared in awe. "This is incredible."

"I know." Reed played with a wet tomato, throwing it at me. The pain was easily bearable, but I was very determined to take him down.

Grabbing ahold of slimmey tomatoes, I precisely aimed them at Reed. "You've got good aim, I underestimated you for a second." He squeezed the tomatoes into my hair.

"Argh!" I cried out. My poor hair. My whole body was covered in red tomatoes. Other people were also aiming at us for the sake of getting dirty.

Pinning me down, he laughed. "Do you surrender?"

"Never!"

Cringing from the tomatoes being suck onto my body, we drove off to the beach. I sighed as we got out, admiring the view in front of me.

"Come on." My hand was taken as we ran towards the lukewarm water. My sandals were holding me back so I took them off along with the rest of my clothing and left them on the sand.

Together in our swimsuits Reed unexpectedly lifted me over his shoulder and ran into the water. I squirmed as the water made contact with my skin. Breathing in the salty beach fragrance and staring at the impeccable beauty of the sunset, my thoughts were covered by how this moment felt so surreal.

Standing behind me, Reed wrapped his arms around my waist. I giggled as he kissed the side of my face. Resting his head on the crook of my neck, he whispered against my ear.

"I'm glad that I got to share my world with you today."

I pulled him in for a long hug, exchanging no words between each other. He kissed my forehead, fingers caressing my face while my arms remained around his waist.

Slowly running his fingers through my wet hair, Reed soon lifted up my chin and dipped in for a kiss. I immediately responded, my fingertips tracing his lower back. We were playing it safe, taking our time to taste one another. Asking for entrance, I allowed his tongue to dominate mine. I stood on my tippy toes as he nibbled, sucked and bit me.

Within a motion, my legs were instantly around his waist. One of his arms were situated around my waist while the other held the back of my head. I didn't notice that we had already gone back to shore until my back had hit the sand.

Twisting our bodies I moved on top, my eyes staring into his own. I watched how his creamy chest went up and down, his brown hair damp and dark, his lips parted and swollen. Reed West was a beautiful piece of art.

"You're quite an eye rapist, Lynn."

I swatted his chest. "You've just ruined the moment douchebag."

He chuckled, pulling me in to lay on this chest. "I'm sorry. I just don't like people staring at me for a while. I find it kinda disturbing, not to mention threatening."

"But I'm just one person." I looked up at him.

"Even more concerning."

My eyes closed, silently laying still as Reed stroked my face. Minutes surpassed until my stomach grumbled. "Let's get you some food." He stated.

His back rose up, swooping up our clothes. "And some fresh clothes too."

Entering his apartment half an hour later, we went our separate ways to take a warm shower. Reed offered his grey sweatpants and sweat top to wear. I was officially smelling like him after I used his shampoo and wore his clothing. I felt comfortable.

My feet were covered by socks as I skipped downstairs and my nostrils took a whiff of the delivered Chinese food. Yummy... Digging in, we sat on the couch whilst watching Before I Fall.

The credits went up at 20:50 p.m. Poking Reed in the ribs, he groaned. "Is it over already?"

I replied with a yup, taking the takeaway food boxes into the kitchen and in the bin. Stretching his arms, he yawned. "Next time, I'll choose a movie." I playfully saluted him before pulling his grey vest so that he would follow me into his bedroom.

Cuddling, we waited for slumber to consume our bodies. Reed inhaled and exhaled, peeking to see if I was asleep. I wasn't though nor either tired. Checking the time, he grinned.

"Want to go somewhere with me?"

"Before I say yes, will there be any sticky situations? Wet substances? Running?"

"No, nope and maybe."

Murmuring, I agreed to the proposal. "It better be worth it."

21:45 p.m...

Looking at myself in the mirror I wore a cream/badge USA Champion's sweater, rolling up it's sleeves and tucking the front end into my black washed out denim shorts. After I had tied the laces of my black boots I styled my hair into pigtails wrapped in a bun, allowing a few loose strands to fall in front of my face.

"What a cutie." He commented. Air kissing him through the mirror, I checked him out. Reed was dressed in a baggy white sweat top, grey sweatpants and black All-star converse shoes, covering his hair in a red binnie.

"I know, I look good in just about anything." He bragged.

Reversing the jeep, we were headed for another yet intriguing journey. Scrolling through his playlist, Reed proudly held his head up high as he selected Lola Wolf's 'Housekey.'

Gasping while covering my mouth with my hand, I could believe what I was hearing. I raised my left eyebrow in curiosity. "Did you just highjack Before I Fall's soundtrack?"

Simply shrugging, he stated. "I'm not going to just sit here and let you accuse me of something that I clearly did."

"You're such a hypocrite." I rolled my eyes, elbowing his left arm.

"You know, some of us like listening to music without any interruptions."

"Go ahead then, be my guest."

Go ahead and say we're through

I don't care, I'll just get another you

I'll get another dude that look like you

I don't need you and you don't need me

Gimme back my house key

You can leave it with my new boyfriend

You can leave it on the back, back, back porch

I don't care when you leave a, leave a message

You used to never the message

Yeah I'm talking shit

Yeah I'm talking shit

Go ahead and say we're through

You used to always tryna tell me what to do

I'll get another dude that look like you

I don't need you and you don't need me

Gimme back my house key

You know fuck it, I don't care if we're through

I don't care, I'll just get another you

I'll get another dude that look like you

I don't need you and you don't need me

Gimme back my house key

This could be easy

This could be easy

This could be easy

This could be easy

Shaking my disbelief, I chuckled before tapping on my playlist track. Nothing like a good old Hair down by SiR featuring Kendrick Lamarr should do the trick.

Reed semi bowed when the traffic lights went red. "I see that the student has become the master."

"Sometimes you gotta be able to handle these chickas. They love that." I smirked.

"Psst, I swear that I've heard that line from a movie or something."

Oops, busted. Changing the car gear, his fingers increased the volume to SiR's New Sky ft Kadhja Bonet before resting his hand on my thigh.

A conversation that we never had

We play it in my head

I say the right thing and you smile just like you used to

Took me way back to when I knew you

This time I don't make the same mistakes

I don't ever break your heart

You don't have all you can take

And we don't fall apart

Oh this can't be real

Already made my escape

Somethings you can't run away from

I wanted to weather the change

Tried my best to outrun the rain

Only way I deal with the pain

I know you feel the same

I know you feel the same

I hummed the chorus. "New Sky, new sky..." The car slowly came to a halt in an underground parking lot. Hand in hand, we ended up facing a door that Reed made a specific kind of knock.

Two bodyguards stood as we got inside. Briefly nodding at one another, one of the guards used a walkie talkie to contact someone. "They're here."

Leading me somewhere, I glanced around while we surpassed a few people. If I could sum up the place, I would say that it looked like some kind of abandoned mall, which was still up and running in most areas.

"My new favourite couple has finally arrived."

I knew that voice. Greg was here too? My thoughts were interrupted when I was pulled into a hug.

"I thought that I would never see you again, Lynnie" Could he be less dramatic?

"I'm here now, so can you please tone down the affection, you're crushing my windpipe."

"Oh, sorry." He chuckled.

Wrapping his left around my neck, Reed glanced around. "Where's Coop?"

Coop? Who's that? "He's been by the food court for a while now, want me to call him over?"

"Nah, it's cool. We're heading to that direction already. I want to go rollerskating with Lynn."

"I'll join you guys later, maybe we could head to the bowling alley as well."

I waved. "Bye Greg."

He winked. "Don't have too much fun without me."

Pressing a kiss on my temple, Reed smirked while we began to walk away. "I won't make any promises."

Tying the laces, my skates were on. Read extended his hand for me to hold. Going in, the disco lights were beaming with Big Data's Dangerous song ft Joywave.

You understand I got a plan for us

I bet you didn't know that I was dangerous

It must really be the kind of place for us

I bet you didn't know someone could love you this much

Grabbing onto my waist from behind, we skated around the place. I was spun around lifted like it was nothing. We exchanged pecks on the lips while he continued to skate.

Doing multiple twirls, we held hands the whole entire time. After receiving a phone call from Greg, Reed led me to the food court.

"Gimme five minutes, I'll be back."

Entering a small diner, I sat down on one of the barstools. Scrolling through the menu a waiter asked what I would like to order.

"A vanilla and chocolate fudge milkshake for her and a Coke for me, please." Nodding, our order came five minutes later.

"Here." The stranger offered.

I pushed it towards him. "No thank you, I'm good."

"It's one of my favourites and I saw you staring at it."

"I stare at a lot of things."

"The milkshake doesn't bite, it's just a beverage."

"Which is why I think you should have it. It is one of your favourites right?"

Letting out a humming chuckle, he sighed in defeat. "I'm Owen."

"I'm happy for you."

His eyes glittered as he started laughing. "You're not from around here, huh?"

I shook my head in approval. "Nope."

"Well that's a relief, so I'm guessing that you don't know who I am."

"Ding, ding, ding. Right again."

"You're a tiny creature with an usual aura, miss."

"Is that some new type of pick up line?"

"I'm not flirting with you."

"For real?"

Motioning me to lean closer, he also leaned in, his breath fanning my ear. "If I were to flirt with you, you definitely wouldn't see it coming."

"Ah, so you're one of them I see. Overconfident and overbearing."

"Get your facts straight."

"Get your teeth straight."

Face palming himself, Owen moved to his previous position. "You're just too much to handle.

"Wouldn't you like to detain me?" I pouted.

Scanning me from down my legs till my head, he was in deep thought. "Well to be honest..."

"Yeah?"

"No."

"The name's Lynn."

"It suits you."

Taking a sip from the milkshake, my head rolled back as I dramatically moaned. "This is freaking good."

"I like a woman who enjoys her shakes."

"I like a guy wh---"

"Yo, Coop!" Reed walked towards us, giving Owen a handshake.

"West, you good?"

"Yeah. I see that you've already met Lynn."

Shooting his head in my direction, he glanced at Reed. "You two know each other?"

He wrapped his arms around me. "I brought her here."

Slightly frowning, I saw his body tense. "Reed with an actual girl. How fucking fantastic." He murmured.
