Day Seven: Keep Doing Good

Isaiah 40:29;31

v29 - He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak

v31 - but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles;

they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.

Hebrews 10:35-36

So do not throw away your confidence; it will be richly rewarded. You need to persevere so that when you have done the will of God, you will receive what he has promised.

REFLECTION:

What I sow, I would reap. If I keep sowing to satisfy the sinful nature, I would reap corruption, fear, envy, destruction and depth.

If I sow to please the Holy Spirit in me, I will reap a bountiful harvest of life, love , peace, joy, godliness and every other blessing in Christ.

I have the Holy Spirit in me to reap the harvest of righteousness, peace and joy. And, I would not cast away my confidence in Christ who gives me inner strength. Amen.
