Midas Touch

While following manager Leon to the action house, Eli started browsing through the system store and came upon to the ability Midas Touch. Which allowed the user to turn anything they touched into gold, The only problem he had was that the ability cost 500 MSP.

+Fool's gold- Temporarily transform Items into gold. 1,000 MSP

+Transmute Mineral (3-select metals)- turn minerals into Iron, Silver, Gold ores or ingots. (Does not transform objects into selected metals, only turns them into ores or ingots) 200,000 MSP

+Gold Plating- Create a thin layer of gold like armor on designated Target. (Works on whole objects and living creatures) 12,000 MSP

Out of the three, Eli chose Transmute Mineral, The most for his money. While fool's gold will make him be a Wanted man and gold plating wasn't really Gold at all. Purchasing Transmute Mineral he felt a rush of information Being inserted into his brain knowing. Giving him the knowledge. of how to convert minerals into Iron, Silver, Gold ores or ingots.

Manager Leon soon came to a stop near large metal like lock box. "Sir, can you please place your potions inside our Vault, to wait for the auction to begin."

Eli placed all the Potions Inside the Vault, that he was going to use for the auction and then came face to manager Leon.

"Excuse me manager can I get a room to myself for privacy, and can you bring the me the list of homes that are for sale in the city."

Manager Leon talked to one of his clerks and sent her out, to bring back the list of homes for sale in Carthage. He then came back towards Eli.

"Sir have you can follow me I will lead you to a private room." 

Eli was taken to a private room that was completely empty, except for a few chairs and sofas. "Is this room fine sir? Or do you need other committees?"

"This room is perfect. Now, can you give me some privacy."

"Of course, sir."

Manager Leon then closed the door behind him and locked it, Leaving Eli alone by himself. He then began to use appraisal to see if there's any eyes on him inside the room. Giving up their inspection, he saw that he had complete privacy, he began to test out his Transmute Mineral on the chairs and sofas none of them transformed Just like the warning said the ability only works on minerals.

Eli, purchase 4 tons of river sand for 60 MSP, using his Transmute Mineral he converted the 4 tons of river sand, into 4 tons of gold ingots, each weighing one pound. He Use the appraisal and the ingots and again the information that they cost 20,000 gems, and they cannot be sold to the system store.

'Well, crap, there goes that idea!' He then stored all of them inside it his Leather pouch.

Soon, a knock came to his door, answering it he saw there was manager Leon with stacks of paper. "Sir here's a list of homes that are for sale In Carthage do you need any assistance."

"Can you give me the list of your most expensive homes."

"I can do that for you."

Manager Leon then took 3/4 of the papers he was holding and gave the rest to Eli. Browsing through them, he saw that the cheapest cost 800,000 gems, while the highest one cost 140,000,000 gems.

"I like to purchase the home of 140,000,000 gems."

Mandarin Leon stood dumbfounded by Eli's words. "I'm sorry I must have misheard you because it sounded like you just said that you wanted to purchase the house that 140,000,000 gems."

"I'm sorry, Sir. Do you have that many gems on you?"

"Are you guys still purchasing 1 pound of gold for 20,000 gems."

"Yes, we are gold is valuable men are for us to produce more gems."

Eli raised both his hands, making 4 tons of Gold Ingots appear behind him. "Can you pay the house for these."

They spent a couple minutes inspecting all the gold with their appraisal skills, and in the end. "Oh, dear goddesses this is all 20K quality gold, almost all of it over 80% pure."

"I'm taking a guess here? But you're taking the gold it right!"

"Yes, we are Sir. We'd be stupid not to take your gold, Sir. Please wait a moment so we can bring you back the deed of the land of the house and the change back."

Soon, he was given the deed of the land and 20,000,000 gems in 2,000 Large Gold coins. All he had left is just wait for the auction to begin.
