Chapter 2 : First steps!

Arriving in front of my Class, I opened the door and entered through.

Class 1-B. The Class which I would have preferred to be mine when I was younger in my past life. Sadly, that was a delusion at the time. But now, it has come true.

Suppressing my grin, I looked around, I noticed most of the people gathering around a girl with long pink hair.

'Honami Ichinose...', I recognized. Looking around I found my seat being at the left corner of the room.

Putting my heavy bag on the table, I took a seat. Aiden truly was a hardworking guy huh? He was thinking of working hard to get his desired job. And he was pretty serious about it, seeing how he is carrying all the books and some notebooks, but... Did he forget that there will be no classes on the first day...?

Forget that. Let's see if I can get integrated into this Class quickly, I would love to interact with the angels here too after all...

"Keyaki Mall is truly amazing. " I heard Ichinose say. Should I get myself into the conversation? Probably not yet. It's not the time yet, I want to look like some kind of mystery genius, if I approached them first, some of them would probably think I am a pervert.

So, no let's show the power of knowledge when the 'clumsy' teacher comes. Huh? I feel like someone is staring at me?

Opening my eyes, I looked to my left side, I saw one of the girls staring at me who was in the group near Ichinose, immediately she averted her gaze. Is there something that stands out on me? Then I noticed, I was unconsciously smiling. Smiling way to hard even.

Fixing my expression which would have labeled me as creepy, I closed my eyes again. I don't think disorders can be carried to another life when you die. Or is it implanted in one's consciousness?

In my previous life, I had a disorder which resulted in my body trembling and smiling, whenever I felt excited, although it wasn't very worse that I couldn't suppress it. But, still I had to focus all the time to keep it under control.

Hm? Finally. She is coming...

I opened my eyes, and saw the students settling in their seats, when Ichinose said that they should make a good impression on the teacher, as time to talk with each other is almost up.

Glancing around the tables, I found Kanzaki in the same table row as me, at the middle, behind him was a weak looking girl who's table read Shiranami Shihiro. How cute. I love white hair girls even more so if they have a weak personality.

They are just too easy to manipulate. Although, in my past life I barely met any girl like that, at college I did but that was it, she was accepting my requests easily without much resistance.

I hope Shiranami isn't like Kushida. I would love to form a 'Bond' with her after all. Catching my attention, I heard a 'click' sound. A woman wearing a pink T-Shirt walked into the classroom.

She looks pretty beautiful as shown in the anime.

'Hoshinomiya Chie... ', I recognized the homeroom teacher for Class B.

"Everyone, go back to your seats~ Otherwise I won't be polite." She said while walking onto the podium with her hands on her hips, pretending to be angry. Though it's a turn off for me, knowing that she is similar to Kushida in a sense.

But either way, if I help her. I can reap 'benefits.' So, it's an advantage to me.

While I was thinking, she had already written her name on the board. "My name is Hoshinomiya Chie, I hope everyone will remember it, otherwise the teacher will be sad-", she said in a playful manner.

"Don't worry sensei, how can we forget a teacher as beautiful as you? ", Shibata Sou said.

I can see where this conversation is going to go at. Let's interrupt before they begin to chat and totally forget that there are rules on this campus.

Raising my hand, Hoshinomiya said nothing but indulged in a chat with Ichinose and others. That ticked me off a little, so I spoke.

"Hoshinomiya Sensei, I believe that the school said the rules will be explained by the homeroom teacher, which is supposedly you. So, would you be kind enough to tell us the rules? ", I stated and asked with a smile on my face.

"What's your name? "

"Aiden. Aiden Infinity. "

"Aiden you can't do this! Impatience is a big taboo for popular men! If you want to have a girlfriend, you should be mature and stable. At least the teacher prefers mature and stable men. Do you understand? ", she said.

Although I felt like roasting her right now, I chose not to. After all, I have to get a good impression on the Class, so I suppressed my annoyance and spoke once again.

"Teacher, if we continue chatting, there would be no time left for you to explain the rules as the entrance ceremony is within an hour. So, I would kindly request for you to tell us the rules. " I said with the same smile.

Before Hoshinomiya could reply, Ichinose got up and agreed to my point. "How about we continue this conversation at a later time Hoshinomiya Sensei? I am afraid that there will be truly no time left as Infinity San said. "

Sighing to herself, Hoshinomiya finally got to the main topic as she was supposed to.

Hoshinomiya Chie put her hands on her hips again, sounding a little helpless.

"Geez. You guys... Fine, I wanted to talk with everyone a bit more, but if you all want to know the rules that much, then so be it. " She said.

It felt like I was bullying her or something. How infuriating .

Nonetheless, she gave boxes to the size of a mobile phone, I received mine by Shiranami. Playing around with it a little bit, I noticed the huge amount of points, with this I should be able to get something's done...

Suppressing my smile once again. I looked over to Hoshinomiya.

"The school has a special rule called the S system. The student ID terminal just sent over is similar to a mobile phone. But, it is only for internal communication in the school. The external network can only browse information."

"It also has a payment function similar to that of a credit card. The difference is that money isn't consumed but rather points. "

"There are 100,000 points in it right now, one point is equal to that of 1 yen. "

"In addition, points are credited at the first of every month. If you have points you can buy everything! ", She finished speaking.

Hoshinomiya spoke clearly, now she held her chin a little up but her hands were still on her hips.

Now comes my first plan in the way. Raising my hand, which she noticed this time, she gestured me to speak.

And, didn't you confirmed my suspicions by showing a flaw in your natural behavior? ", I finished speaking, almost the whole class was staring at me, then looked over to Hoshinomiya sensei, as if to ask whether I was saying the truth or not.

Hoshinomiya had her eyes closed, but I could see she was a bit panicking.

"You don't have to confirm it yet sensei. If you truly could that is. " I spoke and her eyes immediately opened and she gave a shocked expression.

"Thank you for confirming my suspicious yet again. It seems like the teachers are in a similar situation like the students. I am guessing, that the teachers aren't allowed to tell the information about the school, to the students yet on the first day. " She flinched again, everyone noticed it this time.

"A-Ah I remembered something important to do. Excuse me everyone! ", she said and ran away, panicking out of the class room.

Does she even know that she has proved my information to be correct, by acting like this?

Everyone was looking at me now. I smiled a little, while my hand inside the desk was trembling from excitement.

Finally Ichinose spoke towards me.

"Infinity-San, you sure are bright. Could you kindly tell us anything more you have thought about? ", she asked in a polite manner.

"I have already said many things. Let me just add few things. Hoshinomiya spoke as to how we could buy everything if we have points. It basically implies, for us to use these points in a flexible way to benefit ourselves. The next thing, not everyone will be able to get the privelages of choosing their career freely, and the few who will get the privelages would be decided by a competition between other classes. Anyways, the school is testing the new batch. By not relaying exact and clear information to us, it's trying to test our abilities as students. It's my spectucalation. That's all. " As I finished speaking, many people looked dumbfoundly at me.

Soon a clap was heard, it came from my row but in the middle part.

*Clap*

"I had similar thoughts to yours Infinity-San, but you had some thoughts that even I didn't think of. Truly wonderful. " Kanzaki spoke.

Ichinose smiled and returned the same gesture.

"Everyone, today is our first day, before the entrance ceremony begins, let's introduce ourselves to each other. " She said. Many nodded and the introduction began.

My turn came early as the introduction had started from the first row near the corridor to the window side.

" My name is Aiden Infinity. It's nice to be meeting you all. I hope we can get along. " I finished while showing a small smile.

Soon the introductions came to an end, we still had a little time left before the entrance ceremony.

"Infinity San, if you don't mind, could I have your contact information? ", Ichinose requested, followed up by Kanzaki.

After giving them my contact information, it was the time for entrance ceremony. We began to head towards the gymnasium.

But, before that I slipped and went towards the teacher building while sprinting. And caught Hoshinomiya in the corridor.

"Teacher what a coincidence we are here. " I said while having a small smile on my face.

But, she didn't stop, so I simply came in front of her.

"It's not nice to hurt your students feelings! ", I said while mimicking her. Which seemed to have ticked her off a little.

"Oh Infinity Kun, I didn't notice you there. Is there something wrong? ", she said masking her panic.

"The A, B, C and D system... It isn't there for show is it? It seems to be a grading system. A is the elite class, and the only ones who will get the privelages, am I right? ", I said.

"... That's correct. So is that all you wished to know? ", she said with a serious expression.

Although, she revealed it so easily, she put her annual salary at stake. How admirable.

(3rd POV)

Truth to be told, Hoshinomiya had never met such a student in her working experience as a teacher at this school. For one person to figure out so many things at their first day, before their entrance ceremony even.

It made him look like a genius of the generation. A treasure. Nothing less, a goldmine. That's what she thought of him.

The only reason as to why, she left the classroom in a hurry, was because it was the first time she was about to lose her composure.

But now, seeing the student in front of him. Only one word was coming in her mind, a monstrous genius.

"Not at all teacher. What I came here personally to you is to propose a deal... ", he stated with a grin, while his fingers were trembling it seemed like a disorder of some sort.

"What type of deal are you speaking about? ", Hoshinomiya asked, she felt something abnormal in the situation.

"It's very simple teacher. In return of me doing one thing for you, I will own a favor from your side. " He said with a serious tone.

She hadn't expected it at all. She was baffled, for a person such as the student in front of her, to ask for such thing... Truly remarkable. He had found it. That contracts can be made within the school, and seeing her expression right now, she knew she gave him confirmation.

"You truly are unique Infinity. Fine I will humor you, yes I will accept this deal of yours, but can you truly give me what I want? ", she said.

She wasn't liking this situation even a bit, for a student to be able to make a teacher such as her, to go through so many emotions, and not be the dominant one in the situation. Simply unacceptable.

"Meh. Forget it. I wasn't serious about it. I still haven't explored the school properly yet. See you later sensei I have an entrance ceremony to go to. " He said while turning around to leave.

She was a bit ticked off by the action.

"Who said Infinity Kun can leave whenever he wants to? ", she spoke with a playful tone.

"Sensei look your colleague! A cold looking woman! ", he shouted, immediately Hoshinomiya turned around to see if Sae Chabashira was there. But... There was no one.

She turned back again, the boy wasn't there anymore either. He made a fool out of her.

(Aiden POV)

Getting to the gymnasium wasn't too hard as I expected. I reached it in few minutes after I sprinted away from Hoshinomiya.

Entering, I saw many students from all classes of the first year. I even spotted Ayanokoji, Horikita, Honami and Kushida.

But, I didn't approach them, instead I went the other way, towards a magneta haired boy.

"Hm? ", noticing me he just gave a glance, after deeming me as an uninteresting individual, he looked back at the stage where Horikita Manabu was standing.

"Hello there. You seem like quite the delinquent, which class are you in? By the way, the name's Aiden Infinity, nice to be meeting you. What's your name? ", I asked.

He looked at me for few seconds, getting interested he gave me a smirk, but said nothing else.

"Class C I assume. "

!

With just one line he turned his face back to look at me then spoke.

"Interesting, Aiden Huh? My name is Ryuen, and yes I am in Class C what of it? ", he said with a chuckle.

"Although it may be unnecessary to give you this information, seeing as to how you have helped me by confirming that you are in Class C, I will provide it for free. "

As I said, his face became a little serious with a hint of curiosity.

"The school has a unique system. Just as how exam papers are marked with letters, as grades. A being the highest and most brilliant. Classes have been sorted in that way was my assumption, but talking to you has given me enough evidence, for my assumption to be valid. Basically, A grade is the elite class, under it is Class B the closest to elites, under it is your class filled with mostly delinquents. Then, it would be the last class, Class D, the class of defects. I am in Class B by the way. "

His eyes widened. Then he began laughing, although it was mixed with the chatter of the students around, which died down as Ryuen's laughter also came at halt.

Then, Manabu began talking the same things as in canon.

After the president stopped speaking and got off the stage, Ryuen looked at me again.

"You are quite amusing. To figure out this much on the first day, that too before the entrance ceremony concluded. I would love to have you in our class. " He said while chuckling.

"Thank you for the compliment. But, I would prefer to work with my angels. Although, I don't mind alliances with your class with me personally in the future. After all, it seems like you might be the one, to become the leader of your class and the one, who will bring unity to it. " I finished speaking and left him with an amused expression.

Without interacting with any other cast, I straight went to the store to buy necessities and some other things.

Getting free toilet paper, mostly with some other free items, I bought a normal digital watch, matching the time with the clock on the wall, I went to check in my items, but was interrupted.

"Why have you taken mostly free things on the store? ", I heard a feminine voice.

"Why do you suppose I should answer that? If you are willing to pay for my answer, then I suppose I will be willing to answer it. " I said. She looked a bit surprised but nodded.

"How much do you want? "

"5000 "

"That's too much. "

"Believe me it isn't. This information will be known by all classes by the next month, I will be doing you and your class a favor, by telling you this before. " I finished. She looked at me with a suspicious glare.

But sighed, and I received a notification telling me I have received 5000 points from here.

"Why else do you think I am getting free items? Why are there free items here in the first place? That means, the points received by the next month wouldn't be the same, this shows the possibility of having no points in the future. If you want even more information, you will have to pay more. " She contemplated for a bit, I received 2500 more points the next moment.

"This information was more useful than I thought, keep those points. " She finished and turned around to check in with the counter.

Sensing a stare from behind me, I turned around, it was a pair of dead fish eyes, Ayanokoji Kiyotaka.

"You have great observation and insight. " He said. I asked him for his contact before I was going for the check-in, receiving his contact, I checked in, outside a red haired boy with a fierce face was fighting against his seniors, although not with violence.

'Sudo Ken... '

After they left, I picked up the trash, and put everything in its right place, the used noodle cups lying around as well.

Then, went straight to my dormitory after receiving my room card by the reception.

'584...'

Arriving on the 4th floor by the elevator, I soon found my room, unlocking it and being in a daze for a moment over the technology, I entered the room.

Putting food in the fridge, toilet paper on the ground. I loved the room. Strapped my watch to my wrist, I lied down on the bed, but before that I put a alarm on the digital watch.

Laughing loudly for few minutes, I got up to get a free chocolate bar from the fridge. Then, used one of the notebooks Aiden had, to note down my memories of this anime and novel. Although, I didn't manage to complete the novel, I did watch all 3 seasons of the anime.

So, I should be fine, but after getting a stand, even without knowledge I should be able to do great.

Taking a bite off the chocolate which barely felt like it, as expected from a cheap brand. I received a notification over my mobile.

Picking it up, unlocking it, I saw myself added to a group chat.

Honami Ichinose : Welcome Infinity San!

Shibata Sou : Oh?

Kanzaki Ryuuji : We have somethings to discuss with you Infinity San. Could you come to the class room right now?

Honami Ichinose : If you are not too busy ofcourse!

Typing an affirmative response, I got up from the bed, leaving the room, I headed for the elevator, getting down I went for my class room.
