chapter 1 Confusion.

Using her left arm to wipe the tears falling on her right cheek " how is her current situation doctor ? I hope she is not in a critical condition ?. She stares as she waits for the doctor's reply.

Closes the file and looks closely at the friend in distress . "I believe you are a close friend of miss Amelia's , well at least that's what is written in the file you signed earlier"

"Yes doctor, I am amie's best friend Madlyn Manchester ," how is she doing ?". Lifting a heavy sigh as he checks the monitor and Ameila's pulse. " Well for starters she looks better than i expected , like a miracle she escaped falling into a coma like her brother did , If she continues like this she Will be out in less than a month ".

"Relieved Madlyn heaved a sigh of relief and stopped her running tears as she smiled vividly, " I am so glad she is not in danger , Thank you so much doctor ".

" With a smile Mr Nelson looked at madlyn, " you are most welcome . Taking a step back he pushed a bright yellow button next to Amelia's bed and a nurse answered " Yes Miss Amelia how can I help you" . Bring me 100g of orphenadrine and 900mcg of vitamin A ". "yes Mr Nelson I will be on my way". Then he released his hand from the button .

"A minute later a nurse entered and gave the prescriptions to the doctor and left. After administrating the injections he looked at his watch. "she should regain consciousness in less than 24 hours, be sure to call right away".

"I will do that without hesitation doctor, thanks . Door closes . Madlyn sat back on her chair holding Amelia's hand ." please wake up soon amie you have alot to solve.

"Less than a minute later Diego entered in a frantic manner, breathing heavily non-stop. " how is amie ?Without looking at Diego " the doctor said she will be fine soon ". Then realises that Diego is bleeding on the neck and asked almost immediately " how did you get hurt Diego " Diego did not even moving an inch he just stood staring at Amelia.

" I am asking you how you got hurt , wont you answer me? silence was still the main topic in the room . Seeing as he was too broken to speak she decided to call a nurse to tend to his wounds.

"After being treated Diego couldn't stop the tears dying to fall carelessly on his cheek. Son to Mr and Mrs Velasquez .owners of both taesang and life long hospital in California and korea . He was known for his modest lifestyle and humble living.
Was now her weeping endlessly for his cousin's condition.

"Unlike his halfling brother Montez who lives everyday like his last, spending useless, causing trouble for his manager and his troubled father. Being a psychopath he tends to get involved in monstrous killings and abuse. Arrest warrants being sent almost four times a week.

"The day went by almost too quickly and the moon shun with all grace but Amelia was still being dragged by the clutches of death . She knew she had to wake up ,her parents, siblings.

" Sweating profusely she couldn't control what she was feeling beneath her skin . Burning sensations spreading carelessly all over her . Igniting both will and fear in her "

" And then suddlenly pulled out of a trance she woke up looking from her left to her right ,trying to figure where she was , the non-stop beeping of the monitor and drips told her immediately where she was And almost immediately she recalled being at the fair with her family celebrating her birthday , all smiles and laughter".

" suddenly an explosion broke out of no where scattering every thing on ground.Calling out to her mom and dad as they all passed out in front of her eyes . Ivy (little sister) reacted in not less than what happened to their parents and Amelia was once again left in complete pain and confusion".

"Chris (older brother) was the only one that witnessed his whole family fall unconscious and in not less than a minute he joined the rest".

"And then jolted back to reality Amelia couldn't control her tears from dancing on her cheeks as she tried removing the stripped on drip on her arm in the process waking Madlyn up from her unannounced sleep".

"Amie! you're awake , oh goodness lord !" .Madlyn couldn't control her excitement as she screams in tears . " I am so glad. I will quickly call the doctor.

"Where is mom Mady ? , where is papa ? where is Chris. where is..."calm down Amie you just woke up . I will call everyone for you later okay, just let me call the doctor first."

" No Mady ! I want to see mom now, I want to see her right now Mady " . crying uncontrollably as she stood up trying to go out. "Amie stop this now. Sit down please , try to understand me . You can't go out now okay. Let me call the doctor then you can go okay".

" Why aren't you letting me go Mady ?. Mom passed out at the fair , so did dad and Ivy. I want to see them now Mady ! let me go , please ". she knew in her heart that something was wrong and possibly everything was over.

* Mady quickly presses the yellow button and a nurse picked ." please call Mr Nelson asap , Amie is awake. Then hangs up immediately. In not less than a minute Mr Nelson arrived with two other nurses gushing in the room."when did Miss Amelia wake up". "not less than 10 minutes i guess"

"Look doctor I have to meet my family right now, my mom must be very worried sick about me." "Miss Amelia I would like you to calm down for a bit okay.Just tell me how you are feeling without panicking. I need to check your vitals.

"The room got uneasy as only heartbeats are being heard . " Miss Amelia can you hear me ? I need to check your vitals so stay calm would you. "Please wont you let me go and see my mother.

"look Miss Amelia you can go if your vitals show you are okay .But  If you refuse I will have to make you sleep for a long while , would you like that ?. " No I will stay just don't make me sleep again please. I will stay , I will...sta....stay , I will. " "thats good Miss Amelia very good ".

" After checking her pulse rate , blood pressure , and temperature he noticed that her wounds have miraculously healed and only small traces were left. He was a loss for words. " Miss Amelia can you tell me how the wound on your head ,neck and legs healed so soon. " doctor I wouldn't know, I didn't even know I had wounds doctor. So I wouldn't know when they healed".

In not less than a minute Mr Nelson arrived with two other nurses gushing in the room."when did Miss Amelia wake up". "not less than 10 minutes i guess ".

After checking her pulse rate , blood pressure , and temperature he noticed that her wounds have miraculously healed and only small traces were left. He was a loss for words.

" Miss Amelia can you tell me how the wound on your head ,neck and legs healed so soon. " doctor I wouldn't know, I didn't even know I had wounds doctor. So I wouldn't know when they healed.

I really cannot  comprehend what I am seeing right now . I could swear that your wounds were very severe and could last at least some month's before healing but now they are gone .I really cannot believe this seriously.

Ameila was also shocked just as Mady the room was as silent as a graveyard and no one seemed to understand what had happened . Mr Nelson left the room in haste and so did the nurses.

Suddenly a massive headache struck Amelia and she passed out almost immediately. she was somewhere which she couldn't comprehend. It looked like a dream but felt dead real.

Slowly lifting her head she could notice that she was in a serene environment covered in sparkles of  dust. The sun was not up neither was the moon. It wasn't night  neither was it day . looking around seemed even worse , there were no buildings nor walls ,no houses nor trace of humans .

Everything was like a desert reeking of death anf agony the sound of the wind being the alpha and omega nothing seemed to come out of it . The only option was to walk forward .

Walking for what seemed like forever and still feel like being  running in a circular motion . Still the same emotionless sky and dry sand , no improvements been  made then the last option was to call out for any available help .

" Hello! is anyone there !. Hello ! can anyone hear me . I am lost . please anyone. Hello! I..... I dont know... I dont know where I am please . Help....  help me .Falling helplessly to her knees and crying uncontrollably feeling distress , lost and unknown . Thinking the end is near and zero chance to survive.

Just as she closes  her eyes  awaiting her long slumber. When a cold menacing aura hit her like a wave ."Have you given up so easily Miss Fernando tcsssh! I expected better. But still what do you expect from a mere human".

Raising her head to see the origin of the voice that sent shivers down her spine Amelia lifted her head to see the unimaginable.  A flawless creation that seemed almost impossible to exist .

His eyes were that of a falcon that sent shivers down a humans spine just by making  contact. His lips were curvy with a smirk that creeps danger, his apperance reeks of hell and beyond.  He was mighty and  fierce unscare and dominant and aura unlike any other.

The only thing that makes a lesser man fear!.
