It only took AA and the two ladies a few minutes to get to the end of the rail track using the electric rail cart.

Everyone could already imagine, that it took a few minutes for AA and the two ladies even use the rail cart, what about those guards who only had their feet?

AA got down followed by the two ladies and then he quickly got into a staircase that is placed there with a locked door at the top end.

AA opened the door and CC was shocked to see that they are in AA's mansion right now after moving into a more comfortable place, the living room.

"Alright, you two rest a minute or two while I prepare what we need," AA said quickly before going for his laptop and using it to add more instruction to Veda.

"CC, you okay?" Marianne asked cause she thought that the betrayal might be bothering CC right now.

"Yeah, don't worry about me.

Have you forgotten?

I am immortal." CC said with a wry smile on her face as the both of them sat on the long sofa while AA sat on the smaller one on the other side of a coffee table.

Marianne stared at her for a few seconds before nodding as if she understand something.

"Okay, let's move," AA said in a less tense and serious manner as he already knows and has confidence that everything would go smoothly now.

The only worry he had was the situation earlier where the guards might come before they could get into the rail cart, an accident could have happened if that situation came.

"Wait, let me take a gun, just in case," Marianne said as she stood up from the sofa to go into the drawer that had a hidden compartment where a gun is placed.

"Yeah, no. Don't bring a gun. My baby girl is there, I do not want her to see blood, it might traumatize her." AA said after a pause before going into a wall and pressing some things which revealed another hidden compartment that had many weapons in it.

But mostly none lethal.

"That is cool. And why have you not said anything about this hidden compartment to me?!" Marianne said as she saw that.

"I just made it some time ago when I had too much free time and had nothing to do.

Take this taser gun, tranquilize gun, a baton, an electric baton, and, hmm...

Wear these bulletproof vests, all of us.

Just in case." AA said while taking some of the sci-fi-looking weapons hanging on the wall, handing them to the two ladies together with the straps needed to hang them and the vests.

Marianne and CC did not bother saying anything else and just followed AA's instructions, they quickly equipped everything up on themselves.

'I know that Nunnally needs to be together with Lelouch so that the semblance of the plot will be better but I can't help it.

That's my baby girl, ya know.

I don't want her to experience the hardships she experienced before.

That will be too much for her, she is still too small right now.

What about Lelouch?

Let that kid suffer a bit.' AA thought to himself as they got into another passage in the basement.

AA operated some kind of control desk with a few buttons and they got another rail cart coming from the tunnel ahead.

This rail cart is the thing that AA prepared for Marianne's mansion instead.

The escape plans of Flora and Eunalia were something like this too.

Yeah, AA is already quite an expert at underground escape techniques.

Marianne is the first one to board the cart as she is starting to get quite impatient.

Followed by CC and then AA.

"Okay, here's what we will be doing.

This railway is connected directly to the basement of Marianne's mansion.

I have already made a secret entrance there so we can get inside stealthily.

We will go inside, and knock out everyone we came across on the way to my baby girl and then we go out of there as quickly too.

Simple plan, right?

Now, we just have to make sure not to screw up, yes?" AA said in explanation as they traveled in the cart for a few minutes.

The two ladies nodded their heads in affirmation.

CC is just following the flow right now as she is starting to be quite in a daze because everything that is happening so far is quite sudden and some of the things that she is seeing are quite a surprise to her.

Like how AA seems to be quite used to this kind of operation.

How Marianne is calmer than she should be.

Charles and VV's sudden betrayal is the cause of it.

Based on everything that she saw and heard starting from earlier.

She can have some guesses on some things and even come to some solid conclusions on some others.

And that is the main thing that makes her dazed.

Her brain and feelings are still trying to catch up with everything right now.

Thankfully, She can follow the flow even when dazed from her previous experience of being a slave/servant when she still had not gotten her geass.

They got down from the cart but after they got off, AA suddenly paused again as he felt his phone vibrating.

He took it out to check what is going on.

Then he got information from Veda that the place above them now is getting filled with the palace guards.

Lelouch's location is also getting highly secured too.

Fortunately, he had a scanner and hidden camera in place at Marianne's mansion.

It's good that their objective is only Nunnally though, it would be a pain in the ass if they wanted to take Lelouch with them too.

"What is it?" Marianne asked worriedly as she saw that AA was suddenly frowning and they had stopped when she is already getting impatient.

"Sigh...

It seems that Charles is making some kind of lucky guess as he bumped up the security around your two kids.

Tsk tsk...

It's disappointing how Charles is using his mind on something too farfetched and delusional when he had a real chance of conquering the world.

Such a waste of potential.

It's good though, I do not like monarchy anyway.

Let's just do things more cautiously and stealthily." AA said as he started walking up into the hidden door to the basement of Marianne's mansion.
