So AA made these thoughts and assumptions into reality by making all those death row prisoners use the virtual tech first before being subjected to brutal experiments.

All their feelings, nonpersonal memories, and other important things in their minds will be saved in the quantum server to be used as a resource to generate a virtual world as close to reality as can be.

It will also use another quantum computer much more advanced than Veda but does not have an AI for the physics engine.

After AA finished making this though, he got inspiration on what to do with it from some novels and other media he had seen in his previous life.

He felt that it can be the solution to his flaw of not having any chance for a eureka moment and the very limited creativity that he had.

He will spread the virtual helmet out to everyone in the world for a really low price and then have everyone pitch in their imagination in making and doing anything they want in the virtual world.

There will be some rules though but that is only for violating basic human rights, all in all, every idea made in the virtual world will be owned by AA by default cause everyone had to sign this agreement before they can use the virtual helmet.

AA is currently in his mansion's living room, standing with open arms and hands in a villainous posture.
