Father John

"Uncle John?!" I shouted when I realized who the person was.

John Kreese, my uncle of consideration, not blood, he was the person who cared about me the most.

The strange thing was that I didn't remember him until I saw him.

But as soon as I saw who the figure was, as before my brain filled with memories about him, the former I considered him a father and after seeing these happy memories I also started to consider him a father.

I ran towards him, and hugged him, not before noticing one thing.

He also had a danger area around him, a complete danger area, but I noticed that that aura was green.

Meaning that he was not going to attack me, this made me even happier.

Even though he was very strong, he never thought of attacking me, if you meet a stranger, and he is strong no matter what his aura is going to be red of danger.

The only way for a danger aura to change from red to green is that this person never thought about attacking you, and totally trusts you.

So it is normal to be happy to find someone with a green aura, to find someone who trusts you even after two years is a good reason to be happy.

After our hug, I looked at him and spoke with a childishness I never thought I was capable of, "What are you doing here?

When I started acting childish, I expected to feel uncomfortable, but instead I was actually, well I can't say comfortable,

But I had no problem acting like that in front of him

He looked at me and smiled "Well, I've been looking for you for some time, and when I saw you at that time I was very happy.

I then asked "And now what will happen now?" And I waited for his answer.

If he said that I had to go back home, I would run away immediately.

"John Kreese had been searching for Kai for a long time, and during his search he had already decided to tell the truth.

Taking a deep breath John said "You're an orphan now, sorry" He looked a little embarrassed.

I honestly didn't care much, no I didn't care one bit that the old Kai's parents were dead.

To me, they didn't deserve to be called parents.

But he didn't look ashamed for having killed them, but for something else.

I really am an idiot, there is only one reason for him to be like this.

"Then you need to take responsibility, and adopt me" I continued and in the end smiled at him.

It didn't even seem like this boy who had such a pure smile was the same boy who had just brutally knocked over five people.

He sighed looking a little happy, the reason he was embarrassed was because of me.

I mean, even if one has bad parents, one will have some good feelings towards them.

So upon learning that someone had killed them, it's normal to be angry at the person who killed them.

"I thought you were going to start hating me" John Kreese said with a relieved sigh.

He has been through a lot in this life.

His father abandoned him and his mother committed suicide, he went to war and his wife eventually died in an accident, he killed his Captain George Turner upon receiving the news.

And to deal with the grief he founded the Cobra Kai Karate dojo, and in the end was abandoned by his students, becoming unemployed and penniless, in an attempt at revenge, he ended up with his dojo being banned from the under-18 Karate tournament.

But unlike normal, when he met Kai he changed, and began to act like a father, eventually returning to the army as a retired officer, and in addition to a stable income, he managed to gain a lot of respect.

And releasing guarded feelings that he had forgotten, such as happiness, he never really smiled again, but by living with the little boy Kai he was truly happy.

Then, when he learned that Kai was missing, he went mad with rage when he found out why, and ended up killing Kai's parents, and wanted to drop everything to look for Kai.

But he decided not to do this, because with the help of the army it would be much easier to find him.

And during these three years he had a lot of time to think things over, and he began to think that Kai would end up hating him if he found out.

So he decided not to tell, but then he thought that in the future Kai would surely find out about it.

And for three years he couldn't decide, but when he found Kai, he could only say that.

"I will never hate you dad" Kai said with a cute smile.

As soon as he heard Kai call him father, John was extremely happy, it meant that Kai had forgiven him

"Talk again" John said to prove that he was not dreaming.

"Speak again what? Dad" Kai joked.

John then began to cry, he couldn't remember the last time he had cried.

He finally got this weight off his back, first Kai was gone, and then he was afraid that Kai would be angry with him.

He felt freer, in fact he told himself that he didn't care if Kai hated him as long as he was okay.

But even though he knew that was a lie, he was never going to be happy if Kai hated him.

John then looked at the mess Kai had made "Where did you learn to fight like that?" He wanted to train Kai, but chose to wait for him to get a little older.

And when he heard that Kai had run away, he regretted not having taught Kai to defend himself.

Kai then looked back, and then blushing he eventually forgot where he was, and what he had done.

Kai then remembered seeing a red light going straight at that guy who looked like the boss and appeared when he took out his gun, at first he just ignored it, and after the fight was over the red light disappeared.

And looking at the place where Uncle John had come from, he noticed that the red light came from that place.

He felt a warmth in his heart knowing that Uncle John was doing, he was protecting him, and without hesitation had taken out a gun and pointed it at someone else for him.

He then decided to be the best son in the world, for Uncle John he was willing.

"What are we going to do about these guys?" Kai asked.

"Don't worry about it, let's go home and talk about these three years"

"Alright" Kai replied and then remembered "Wait a minute".

He then looked around for something, seeing a bag next to a guy that was on the ground.

"Got it" Kai then ran to get his bag.

Picking it up he had a little trouble getting up, then saw that the guy had woken up and was holding his bag.

With a cold face he kicked the guy in the chin.

Making him 'sleep' again, without any mercy, and then walked smiling close to John.

John didn't mind this one bit, he was the one who created the Cobra Kai and its rules, hit first, hit hard and no mercy.

"Come on" John then walked ahead to exit the alley.

Kai didn't ask where they were going or what to do with those guys, if John just told him to follow him then he would just do that.

Not long after Kai and his uncle left the alley, a group of people dressed in suits arrived to catch these thugs.

"The boss really can't hold his own" Said one of the men in suits when he saw the mess, with blood and teeth on the ground.

The others just nodded, they would never imagine that the person who did this was just a child, and it would never cross their minds.

"Well, we didn't come here to talk" One of the men said, and they started the 'cleaning'.

....

"Where are we going now?" Kai asked, after waiting for John to stop talking on his cell phone.

"We are going to my house, you need a bath" John then looked at the dirty boy.

Who only now noticed that he was dirty with dust and sweat after all he had done today.

Even though he noticed that he was dirty Kai didn't mind it's not the first time he got dirty, having spent three years on the street he got used to it, the first year he almost always walked dirty.

Kai then asked again "And then".

"Well, then" John gave an affectionate smile full of happiness "We will go to the registry office".

Knowing this, Kai became more excited "What are we waiting for" and ran ahead.

But as soon as he came to a curve he stopped, scratching his cheek embarrassedly asked "hm? Where do you really live?"

Laughing John went to Kai, and told the silly boy "Come on boy".

John was very happy with this little gift he just got, and they sure had a lot of fun together.
