Hence writing on my own. Feel free to give suggestions as I have no experience in writing. I don't know how will the story turn out but to me it's fun. Any Indian terms will be translated into English in a para. And yep many wars with Guns and All. My favorite

Ch-17: Sparks of Innovation

Vijay watched in astonishment as Govind practically snatched the blueprint from his hands. The seasoned blacksmith's eyes widened as he scanned the intricate designs, and before Vijay could even begin to explain the contraption's working process, Govind had bolted towards his workshop, leaving a trail of dust in his wake.

Perplexed, Vijay turned to Arvind, who stood there with an amused yet affectionate smile. "Your father seems rather enthusiastic," Vijay remarked.

Arvind chuckled, nodding in agreement. "Oh, he's always like this when something new catches his eye. He'll want to forge it himself, no matter how complex."

With a nod of understanding, Vijay glanced towards the blast furnace. "Well, it seems you'll be in charge of this mighty creation for now. Shall we go check on your father?"

Arvind grinned, his eyes reflecting the same admiration he held for his father. "Absolutely, young master. Let's see what wonders he can work with those blueprints."

Together, they headed towards Govind's workshop, curious to witness the blacksmith's ingenuity in action.

As Vijay and Arvind entered Govind's workshop, they were met with an incredible sight. The blacksmith, renowned for his skill and speed, had already assembled another model of the contraption from Vijay's blueprint. Sparks flew, and the rhythmic clang of metal on metal filled the air as Govind tirelessly worked at his forge.

Karnasagar, who had followed them, couldn't believe his eyes. His initial stumble turned into a full-blown fall as he watched the spectacle before him. He muttered under his breath, "This town is filled with people who defy explanation."

Govind, completely engrossed in his work, operated the furnace with an almost supernatural precision. His experienced hands moved swiftly, molding the molten iron into the desired shapes for the pulleys. It was as if he were conducting a symphony of fire and metal.

Suddenly, Govind looked up, his eyes wide with realization. Without any warning, he lunged towards Vijay, nearly knocking the breath out of him with a giant bear hug. He exclaimed with exuberance, "You are a genius, Young Master! This contraption is incredible! I've already made a hundred pulleys in no time! It will immensely help with the seemingly impossible project given by the Mantri"

Vijay, caught off guard by the blacksmith's overwhelming enthusiasm, managed a smile through the bear hug. "Thank you, Govind. Your skill in forging is unmatched, and your speed is awe-inspiring."

The workshop buzzed with activity as the molten iron continued to flow, and Vijay's invention was brought to life by the masterful hands of Govind. Karnasagar couldn't help but be amazed by the incredible talents that seemed to reside in every corner of this town.

-----------------------------------

They started their journey to the village wells again, this time with Karnasagar still following them, his face still filled with astonishment. Vijay couldn't help but think, "Guess Karnasagar's face will be like this for a long time."

As they reached the wells, the villagers quickly gathered around, curious to see what was happening. Vijay proceeded to teach them how to make and use pulleys, and Anand swiftly brought long jute ropes from nearby homes. Together with Arvind's help, they began assembling more pulleys.

Vijay: (holding up a pulley)" Alright, everyone, take a look at this simple yet amazing invention. It's called a pulley".

Villager 1: (scratching his head) "A pulley? What's it for"?

Vijay: (smiling) "Well, a pulley can help us lift heavy things with much less effort. Imagine you have a heavy bucket filled with water down in the well. Normally, it takes a lot of strength to pull it up, right"?

Villager 2: (nodding) "Yes, that's true".

Vijay: (attaching the pulley to the well) "But with this pulley, it becomes much easier. See, we attach it here, and then we use a rope like this. (He ties a rope to the bucket.) Now, watch what happens when I pull this rope". (He starts pulling.)

The bucket smoothly rises from the well, and everyone gasps in amazement and disbelief.

Karnasagar who was already astonished, just had only a miniscule of logic left before going crazy.

The villagers looked on, but instead of immediate acceptance, they were filled with fear and uncertainty. They had never seen anything like this before, and their traditions were being challenged.

Villager 1: (whispering to a neighbor) "This isn't right. It's unnatural".

Villager 2: (nervous) "We've managed just fine without these contraptions for generations. Why change now"?

Karnasagar: (anxious) "Vijay, this is... unsettling. Our people aren't used to such things".

Vijay: (trying to reassure) "I understand your concerns, but these inventions can improve our lives".

However, despite Vijay's attempts to explain and ease their worries, the villagers remained resentful and opposed to these new technologies. They feared the disruption of their traditional way of life and resented the young inventor who was challenging their customs.

As the villagers reluctantly joined in to make more pulleys, Vijay, Anand, and an astounded Karnasagar spent the day instructing and demonstrating the pulley's uses. They installed pulleys near the wells, making it easier for everyone to draw water, and even started discussing ways to apply them for construction projects, promising greater efficiency and reduced labor. Only then did the villagers openly accepted the pulley.

The success of the pulley demonstrated its practicality, and slowly but surely, the villagers began to embrace the idea of change. Encouraged by this, they approached Vijay with other problems they faced in their daily lives.

Vijay listened intently to their concerns and promised to take action quickly. Despite the initial disbelief and fear, the villagers were starting to see the potential benefits of innovation. Vijay's inventions were bringing hope against the challenges to their peaceful village, setting the stage for a future filled with uncertainty.

Unbeknownst to Vijay, his fate was about to take an unexpected turn. If his inventions had caught the attention of those in power, will set motion a series of events that would challenge not only his future but the destiny of the entire kingdom.
