CHAPTER 17

"Help me tell her that I am genuinely sorry for saying such things to her okay?" Philip said to Vincent over the phone. He regretted ever talking to his sister like that but it was only because, he knew that Enya was innocent.

"Alright. Take care of yourself." Vincent replied.

"Thanks." He said and hung up. Philip sighed and got out of his car and walked into the school building. He had an afternoon class and needed to be early before it started. He saw Enya talking with Olivia so he stopped for a while and stared at her. She was looking good but still feeling guilty and he wished so hard that he could take that guilt away from her.

Enya had been avoiding him for days, even though he tried talking to her or meeting her. She would simply back away or ignore his calls. Now, he was seeing her but he knew that the moment she saw him, she would walk away without looking at him and for some reason, he began to feel guilty.
