Chapter 3

We are on our way back to my new pack family. I hope they treat me better. I had to ride on the back of Matthew because I couldn't get my wolf off shift but I am happy that she is still with me. I missed her since she disappeared on me. I am glad to be out of the hands of the people that hated me. I might not be alive if it wasn't for Matthew. I am happy that I found happiness. I watched as the pack house came into view.

"Wow it's so big."

"Howl!"

Matthew started to run. I grabbed on to him holding on for my life. What has gotten into him?

"Matthew I am falling off, can you please slow down?"

"Whimper."

"I am fine now thank you for slowing down."

We walked through the front entrance and everyone stopped to stare at us.

"Matthew why is everyone staring at us?"

Of course he couldn't reply to me in wolf form so I hid my face in his fur. Why am I so scared of being stared at?

"Greetings Matthew son of the Alpha."

I peeked to see who was talking and we are now inside the house.

"Where are we going?"

He walked up the stairs into a man's bedroom. This must be his room. I climbed off of him.

"Thankyou for everything."

I watched as he shifted back into his human form and I quickly looked away.

"Sorry about that, you are not used to seeing anyone shift are you?"

I walked over to Chloe after I got changed.

"This is our room." "I will have someone take you shopping for new and better clothes."

"Thank you but please don't trouble yourself for me the cloth I am wearing will do just fine."

What am I saying? I used to wear better clothes than this.

"You are my mate you are going to need new clothes please let me help you."

I can see hurt in his eyes.

"I am sorry thank you for your help."

"I love you."

I walked up to her and kissed her on the cheek.

"I have to get going to train the others."

"Wait what kind of training?"

I grabbed his arm.

"I train young wolves to become great fighters,"

"Can I train to?"

"What?"

She wants to train?

"What about your wounds?"

"I promise you I am fine please can I train?"

Those puppy eyes, how could I say no?

"Sigh." "Alright but first you have to wear some comfortable clothes."

He handed me some of his clothes.

"Thank you."

I gave Matthew a big hug. I ran into the bathroom getting changed when I got back but he was still waiting for me.

I have never seen anyone more excited to train then her.

"Alright let's get going."

When we got to the training grounds I saw many young boys warming up.

"Hey Matthew why aren't there any girls?"

"Chloe when we are out here you have to call me Son of the Alpha ok?" "Also to answer your question it's because women don't really like to do this kind of thing but they do help out around her by gardening, making stuff for use, cooking, and cleaning we would be a mess without them so if you are not up for this you may go help them."

"No, I want to do this."

I walked over to the group and started to warm up. I have always wanted to train myself to defend myself. This is what I want.

"You may stop warming up now is time for training." "I want you all to partner up with someone."

"Sir what about the girl?" "Who is she going to be partnered with?"

"Good question. Well, we don't know if her fighting skills will be partnered up with me."

I walked over to Chloe.

"Get ready, go." "for now all you have to do is dodge out of the way."

"Got it."

He started to throw punches my way I fell right away but I got back up and punched him in the face and then I kicked his legs from under him he fell to the ground.

"Don't ever do that again."

I walked away. Wait what did I just do, why did I just say that, and walk away? I walked back up to him and helped him up.

"I am so sorry for saying that I don't know what came over me." "I know that it was training." "I am so sorry Sir."

"I am fine but how did you learn how to fight like that?"

"I.. I don't know if something just came over me and I got mad at you for making me fall to the ground then something or someone took over and I did that and said don't ever do that again I am sorry."

"Wait someone or something took over your body?"

"Yes I think so I remember everything but I don't remember doing any of it. I felt trapped in my own body."

"I want you to walk to the doctors and I will be there after my training." "Everyone back to training."

I walked back to the house. What did I do? What happened to me? There are so many questions I need to have answered. Wait, I don't know where the doctors are. I walked up to a member.

"Excuse me where is the doctor's place?"

"You must be the new wolf." "My name is Diane." "Do you have to see the doctor?" "Are you hurt?"

"My name is Chloe it's really nice to meet you Diane." "I don't know why I have to see the doctor but that is what I was told by Matthew."

"Chloe you do know that you can't say his name without saying Alpha or sir right?"

"He mentioned that but I don't get why?" "I know he is soon to be Alpha but for goodness sake he is my mate."

"Wait, he found his mate and that is you?" "What great news."

"Does no one know about it yet?" "I am sorry I shouldn't have said anything I just thought everyone knew that's all."

"You are fine dear it's alright to say that I just think he was waiting until a special occasion to announce you two." "So I will remember to call you soon to be Luna."

"What did I just hear you say?"

"Greetings Alpha."

I bowed as well after seeing Diane bow.

"She is nothing but a slave that my son saved abd you slave have no right to be telling my people about you and my son, he is just going through a phase and it will pass." "Now Diane please don't say anything to anyone."

"Yes Alpha."

"Now just wait a minute just because you are Alpha you have no right to be treating Diane like you own her she can do as she pleases now I don't care if you say mean things to me I am use to it I have been beaten almost to death because of people like you and if you think I am going to back do you are crazy."

"Chloe please don't do this."

"No Diane he needs to know what he is doing is wrong." "Now if you are going to punish me do so but don't you dare ever tell someone what they can and can't do." "It's not your life to live, it's your pack to protect." "Now Daine, can you please take me or just show me where I need to go to find the doctor's place if you want to."

"Yes I will help you out."

I didn't let Alpha say another word as I laced my arm through Dianes and walked away.

"You do know that was very dangerous to do, no one has ever stood up to the Alpha." "I mean look around everyone is staring at you."

"Let them star." "I don't care about no one." "I mean no one should ever be treated like they are nothing."

I was thrown to the ground.

"I have never had anyone stand up to me and disrespect me." "You are to face a punishment." "I now understand why your last pack wanted you dead."

"What kind of punishment do you have in mind?" "Just to let you know I have been through a lot so what are we looking to do lashes that's too easy. Oh maybe you have people from your pack beating me up still too easily so please tell me what do you plan on doing to me?"

I got up off the ground and dusted myself off.

"Your punishment will be from me I am not going to tell you what I am going to do but it aint going to be pretty."

I watched as he walked away and I laced my arm through Dianes again.

"I am scared for you Chloe Alpha has never been this mad before I think he might actually kill you."

"Let's not talk about that right now okay?" "So what rank are you?"

"I am the Salutary wolf which means I am a medicine doctor."

"Really?"

"So what rank are you?"

"I wish I knew myself." "I am not sure what rank I am." "I was told by my last pack that I am an Omega."

"From what I just saw I know that you are no Omega and that is the truth don't worry too much about it I am sure we will figure it out."

We got to the doctor's place.

"Can you shift into your wolf for me?"

"Sorry I don't know how to control it yet I am still new to all of this."

"How old are you dear?"

"I am going to be twenty soon but the reason why I still don't know how to control my wolf is because of the last pack I lived with my wolf vanished after I first shifted into my wolf when I was eighteen and the last time I shifted was when I found my mate but since then I haven't been able to shift when I want to."

"How are you with shots?"

"I don't mind them why?"

I looked at what she was holding; it was a big flippen shot.

"No way in hell are you going to put that in my skin."

Okay I was wrong I am scared of needles. I climbed up high so she couldn't reach me.

"Come on now Chloe you just stood up to the Alpha and you are afraid of needles?" "Emma can you come and help me we have a scared patient."

"Yes I can."

They both grabbed me and strapped me down to a table.

"Don't you dare even think about putting that thing in my skin?" "Seriously look at how big it is now." "If it was a tiny one I wouldn't mind as much but that thing is huge."

Diane came closer to me with the needle. I felt a sharp pain in my body. Am I shifting? I shifted into my wolf, breaking the table.

"Growl."

(Stay away from me.)

"Oh my Emma go get help I think this isn't going to turn out well." "Now Chloe this shot was just to get you to shift but since you have done so already I won't have to give it to you."

I watched as she put the needle down.

(I can't believe you wanted to give me a big ass needle in my body you are crazy.)

"Growl."

"You need to calm down right now before you do something that you will regret." "Wait, you're a white wolf?" "How can this be possible?"

(What do you mean by white wolf?) (What is wrong with me being a white wolf?)

"Growl."

I heard the door open and I looked to see Matthew.

"Whimper."

"What is going on?"

(Daine wanted to put a big ass needle in my skin, a big one)

"Growl."

That's right he can't understand me.

"Son of Alpha did you know that she was a white wolf?"

"Yes so what if she is white?" "She is beautiful to me."

"Sir what I am saying is that as I know I will have to give the other packs a call but I think she is the only white wolf alive."

(What!?)

"Howl!"

How have I never known of this? I also think that my last pack was known all along and said nothing to me. They made me an Omega. I laid on the ground and a memory hit me. They put a needle in me and from that day on I was wolf less. Thoughts bastards. I am too sad to do anything about it right now. Hang on, does that mean something happened to my family?

"Whimper."

"So you're telling me that she is a rare wolf?"

I looked over to see Chloe laying down. I walked over to her.

"What's going on?"

"Whimper."

"It's okay to be rare, you do know that right?"

Yes I know that but I don't get why it's such a big deal. I looked out the window that's when I saw someone spying on us I got up and broke through the window. They are not going to get away with this.

"Chloe, wait where are you going?" "Diane stays here just in case she comes back."

I shifted into my wolf and followed her scent.

"Growl."

("Stop.") ("I see you and you won't get away with anything.")

("That's what you think.")

This is going to be fun. I picked up speed and blocked the wolf. The wolf tried to run a different way when I looked like I had multiplied myself. What the hell? I shook my head. I can't think about it right now. I have a wolf to take care of.

("Shift back into your human form and no harm will come to you.")

("Okay you win just don't hurt me you monster.")

("My name is Chloe.")

"Growl."

The wolf shifted back into human form. I looked behind him to see Matthew.

("What in the world is going on here?") ("How did you multiply?)

("No time to explain this wolf was spying on us.")

("We will take him back to the dungeon and figure this out.")

What in the world is my mate? It's no lie when Diane said that she is the only one alive but what in the world? We walked back to the house.

"Son, what is the meaning of this?"

I shifted back into my human form and grabbed my clothes from Diane.

"What do you mean?" "Chloe just stops a spy from escaping."

"What?"

I really hate his father but I am not going to say anything about him. I had already shifted back to my human form which sucks because I was hoping to stay a wolf a little bit longer. Diane walked over to me and handed me a blanket. I can't believe I forgot that I was naked.

"Thank you Diane."

"There is no way that slave was able to stop someone she is weak."

I walked over to the Alpha.

"You know what, I don't care what you think of me but just know that that man was spying on your pack and if someone didn't stop him he would have won do you get that?" "I am starting to think you are the weak one here."

"You shut your mouth young lady you have no right to talk to me that way."

"Why is that Alpha?" "What are you hiding from your pack?" "Why do you not trust me?"

"I am hiding nothing young lady but mark my word tonight's punishment is going to be something you will never forget."

"Growl." "Don't threaten my mate." "I don't care if you're my father or the Alpha you will not threaten my mate." "She is much stronger than you know and she will make a great Luna."

"Son, stand down." "I am still the Alpha." "You have no right to talk back to me."

I watched as Matthew backed down.

"You bastard this is the reason why I hate you just because you have power you make the weak suffer people like you make me sick."

I spit in his face.

"You will never make me bow down to you ever again you can mark my word."

I walked over to Matthew.

"You are going to be so much more than your father ever will be."

"Howl!"

I turned to see the Alpha shift into his wolf.

"Look who we have here Alpha, come on now you don't want to fight me."

He lunged toward me and I moved out of the way I could feel my blood begin to boil. This Alpha is an asshole. I shifted into my wolf.

("You want to fight let's fight.")

I multiplied again. This is going to be fun.

("What the hell are you?")

("I am your worst nightmare.") ("I am willing to get you if you stand down as Alpha so that your son and myself can be in your place.")

("Never you are a demon.")

("I was hoping you would say that.")

We broke out into a fight. I would hurt him and he would hurt me. This went on for a long time finlay I had enough so I went for his throat.

("Beg for mercy.")

(``Never I will live or die as an Alpha.")

("So be it.")

I bit down and killed him.

"Howl!"

My body dropped to the ground shifting back into my human form I looked over at Matthew and saw his fathers power to be Alpha went to him.

"Matthew?"

Everything went black.
