Time passed by and Gwen didn't see Karl returning to the cabin. Suddenly she started to regret her actions making her feel guilty about how she behaved with him.
"I shouldn't have reacted this way. He must be feeling upset" she mumbled stopping her work midway and looked towards the door, hoping Karl may just walk in, but he didn't.
"I should go and check on him," she thought and got up from her seat before stepping out of the cabin.
Gwen felt bad for overreacting and pouring all her anger on Karl and now she wanted to coax him.
Walking the long corridor, Gwen kept on looking for Karl when suddenly her legs stopped and her eyes squinted watching through the glass wall.
Linda was hugging Karl as she cried in his embrace. The softness in Gwen's eyes vanished within a second and her face turned cold.
