Deliora

When they returned, they felt that there was something wrong with Gray. In their minds, Gray was a very gloomy child, but this time, he was even gloomier than before. There must have been something wrong and it seemed that he wanted to do something.

"Gray, what are you doing?" Ur asked when she saw Gray packed up his things on the backpack.

"I'm going to avenge my dad and mom!"

Gray ignored everyone and continued packing his things preparing for his battle.

"What?! What the hell, are you saying?!" Ur was startled and wanted to stop Gray.

"Don't stop me! I've heard Deliora is in Burago! I need to defeat Deliora so I can avenge my parents!"

Gray stood up and was about to go out, but Ur couldn't bear it anymore.

"Stop! You can't defeat Deliora! You're not good enough yet, Gray!"

Ur, of course, felt worried when a child who she had taught for a few months was going to fight against such a monster alone. She knew very well that Gray's action wasn't brave, rather it was stupid since he really didn't have the strength to defeat Deliora. Gray couldn't even defeat Lyon, how could he defeat Deliora?

Gray stopped his movement right at the entrance of the door. "...You don't know anything." He glared at Ur and said, "I'm going to avenge my mom and dad! You've got something to say?!"

Ur gritted her teeth and said, "If you leave now then I'll expel you! I won't teach you any magic anymore!"

"Sounds good! You're not even teaching anyone besides Bourne after all." Gray looked away and left them. His eyes were in tears before it turned into hate. "If I die then I'll hold a grudge against you for not teaching me more powerful magic."

Gray's voice might be small, but it was clear that it was heard by everyone.

"Gray...." Ur looked at Gray's back in shock. Unlike Ur, Bourne was trying hard to hold his anger at this moment. He clenched his hand tightly and didn't stop Gray since that guy was a bastard. In his mind Gray didn't even show a grateful feeling toward Ur which made him somehow regret saving him in the past.

"Ur!"

Bourne hurriedly caught Ur who fell since it seemed that she was under a shock when Gray had cursed her.

---

Gray, who was walking, saw a small bungalow which was used by Bourne to keep a strange vehicle inside. He glared at the Ur's house before he entered this place.

---

"You alright, Ur?" Bourne was worried about Ur. His body might be small, but he was very powerful.

Ur seemed to be about to cry while looking at Borne.

"That bastard!!!" Bourne was about to grab Gray back to make him apologize and beat him to the pulp, but he was stopped.

"Ur?"

"Bourne, what should I do?" Ur asked. In front of people, she was known as the strongest magician in this town or even in this country, but right now, she was only a weak woman.

What could Bourne do? He tightly hugged her and said, "Don't worry. You're not at fault. Let's bring him back together." After he brought Gray back, he would tie him to the tree and let him stay there for a week. Though, at the same time, he felt that it might feel a bit too cheap for making Ur crying.

Ur nodded and regained her bearings after hearing his comfort.

"...."

Lyon was only a bystander looking at this drama with a confused expression since it seemed the relationship between Bourne and Ur was even more complicated than he had thought.

*Brrm!!*

When they were about to grab Gray, they heard a loud noise from outside the vehicle, then they saw Gray who had stolen Bourne's vehicle to go to Deliora.

"That little bastard?!"

Bourne was sure that he was going to beat that guy up when he caught him back.

"Let's chase him, Bourne." Ur felt really worried.

Bourne nodded and said, "Lyon, grab the helmet."

"Eh?"

*Brrm!!*

Gray rode a motorcycle which was made by Bourne. He hadn't ridden it in the past, but he started to regret it since he hadn't done it earlier since it felt amazing. He didn't expect something could move so fast under this heavy snow. Even though his magic power was being drained at a very fast speed, he didn't care about any of that since his heart was full of rage when he thought about Deliora.

If Bourne was here then he hoped for Gray to consume all of his magic power riding that motorcycle before passing out, but the reality wasn't as easy as it seemed.

Under this heavy snow, the motorcycle moved quickly toward the northern area where Burago was located since he had heard that Deliora was in that place. It might be because of the heavy snow and the loud sound of the motorcycle that he didn't notice the sound of another motorcycle behind him.

Bourne had created two motorcycles in the past and the one which was stolen by Gray was obviously the one with better machine which made it very hard for him to chase after Gray since the speed of the motorcycle which was left on the garage was slower than the one which was stolen by Gray and obviously the one which was stolen by Gray was even more expensive. If something happened to that motorcycle then he would work Gray without any wages or rather he might as well make him a slave since such a thing was normal in this world.

---

Gray moved very fast then before long he saw a bright light which gave an omnious feeling. His heart was beating very fast and his expression turned uglier when he saw the thing which happened in front of him. He saw a town was destroyed easily and he could hear a lot of people scream. The lucky thing was that those people had time to run away and didn't die from this disaster. His eyes stared at the monster who was the cause of his nightmare.

"DELIORA!!!!"

*Brrmm!!!*

Gray made the motorcycle move faster and he quickly entered the town area. There were a lot of people who noticed Gray, but they didn't have time to talk nor remind him since they needed to run away from this place as soon as possible.

"DELIORA, DIE!!!"

Gray jumped out from the motorcycle and let it hit Deliora's huge body.

*Boom!*

The motorcycle exploded when it hit Deliora's body and caused quite a shockwave. The loud sound of explosion startled everyone, but Deliora's roar was louder.

"ROAAAARRRR!!!!"

Gray was rolling on the ground and his body was riddled with wounds. His magic power was consumed after he rode the motorcycle earlier. He was very tired and he felt satisfied when he heard a roar from Deliora.

"Take that!"

But Gray realized that it was far from over and that the motorcycle explosion didn't cause that much damage to Deliora or rather, that attack was useless.

Deliora stared at him angrily before it raised his right hand high to end Gray's life.

Gray couldn't move and he was crying all over his eyes. He remembered a lot of things, especially the day which he spent with everyone. He didn't want to die and felt regret, but he couldn't do anything. He saw that hand was about to shred him apart, but then...

"Ice Make: Rashomon!"

A large ice gate with a demonic face design on the door gate appeared right in front of Gray.

*BOOOOOOMMM!!!!*
