Lucian frowned, it was an outrageous demand, becoming a chief advisor to one of the council members was a life-long pursuit, he could spend centuries, and millennia and still he would have no guarantee of getting the position.
"What if I were to offer my Evolution Energy Manipulation technique in exchange?" Lucian asked.
