Chapter 19

Flash Back

Luna Sarah was a princess before getting married to Alpha Barry, the current leader of the Half moon pack.

While she was still a young and innocent girl she was deeply in love with a human named Roberto.

This was in the 20th century and not even the 21st century, werewolves live longer than humans although they were not immortal. They eventually grow old and die also.

Roberto sneaked into the werewolf pack to see Princess Sarah and Princess Sarah would sneak out to see him, they would play under the moonlight, sing songs and have a nice time.

Princess Sarah was very sure that Roberto was the one for her, her inner wolf agreed with her, when it was time for marriage she refused to get married to the suitors that were coming. Most of the suitors coming were princes for other packs.

She was the Princess of the Full moon pack and as a respected pack, princes from other packs started to make advances on her, one of them was Alpha Adam.

Princess Sarah mustered up enough courage to meet up with her father, one of the previous leaders of the full moon pack and had this discussion.

"Father the inner wolf in all of us that chooses our mates for us, should it be considered important?" She was so innocent while asking the question and her father noticed it.

Her father, the past king and leader, was an extremely wise man, he was considered to be one of the best Alpha's that have ever walked the surface of the earth and the best Alpha the Full moon pack had ever had.

"Who is he that your inner wolf has chosen for you?" Was the straightforward question her father asked her.

"Promise me you won't hurt him, if I tell you who he is," Princess Sarah was seeking her father's approval and pity.

"Yes I won't hurt him, do you have no faith in me, my daughter?" Her father wanted her to trust him that he would do the right thing. Everyone trusted her father, he was just too good and Princess Sarah decided to trust him also.

"His name is Roberto and he is a human father. He loves me deeply and I reciprocate that love as much," Princess Sarah said.

Her father was quiet for a while, he knew that his daughter had been rejecting all the suitors lately and chose to ignore it, it was like he foresaw his daughter coming to him for advice.

"Well I have no issue with that, if he is ready he should come to the palace and indicate his interest in you like every other suitor," her father said and smiled.

Her father moved around for a bit as if he was thinking. Then, after a while, he stopped moving and started thinking. His thought process was sharp and distinct. It didn't take a long time for her father to come to the conclusion that the words he had said were the right words.
