Have you ever felt like a main character has to much plot armor? Have you ever thought that some unfair and truly stupid happened to the main character to make it less 'realistic'? Then this is the book for you! In this book I will be rolling dnd characters and completely randomize them. That being their race, class and nature will all be made via a dice and thrown into the world of danmachi. Want to bargain for a price? Roll a persuasion check. Want to fight a monster? Roll to hit. Now what will happen if a character were to die in this story? I'll roll up a new character and try again. This is simply a test and see if a dnd character would be able to win danmachi, some things will become more balanced as I write and throw dice, but that's the fun in it. Have a suggestion? Leave it in a review or comment on a chapter! Forgot to mention- I don't own dnd or DunMachi and got the idea from a ff I read in the past. The author mention an idea of writing a ff based on a dice and wanted to try it out.
Since most people don't read the synopsis, I'll write what this novel is about here.
The "Main Character" will be completely rolled by dnd standards. This includes their stats, race, class and nature. Then I'll create a visit backstory that only I, the author, will know.
Some homebrew classes and races I find interesting, I'll add to the roll list. Some hombrew rules and items too.
(Homebrew means that it wasn't made by dnd)
From here on, I'll write on a whim based on what said character will do. If he want's to bragian with a deal then roll persausion. Want to see the surroundings? That depends on the passive perception or Perception check.
Now what happens if the character were too die? The chapter ends right then and there, after that chapter I'll make a new one to roll up the new character and start over.
If a character is very loved, then I might either start over with the same character at lvl 1 or make the character live the scenario and go from there- (This will be a poll if this were to happen)
The bets part with this style is that the suggestions of you, the reader, as a higher chance of being used.
Bad part is- there is a chance that the character is evil, that it will be harem/ no harem and so on. (It will 99% of the time be no harem, but if the romance of two paths work way too well, then there is a higher chance of it being a harem)
P.S. I feel uncomfortable writing YURI(Female on Female or YAOI(Male on Male) So no matter the gender of the character, it will either be straight or no romance.
Most of the time, the MC will be transported to DanMachi(As having the mc go from child to adult would be annoying at each death) from whichever place(Depends on race and backstory I craft)- But with no prior knowledge of Danmachi unless the race and backstory I cook up makes sense. Or he/she would have lived their before, but gains their past(backstory) memories when the story starts.
The start for each MC will be different for the most part so that it won't feel repetitive.
This that said- The roll chapter will come out in a bit as I still need to roll it and craft it, so in the mean time, place any suggestions here, and good reading.
