in evening I reached home. Hopped out of the car and ran to dad. I can't wait to tell him. but will he accept us.

" Dad. dad. " I called him. But no reply.

" Meera , Sir is working he is in study room. He don't want anyone to disturb him. " Radha Ma said.

Radha Ma, she is nanny. Taking care if me since childhood. Not less than a mother for me.

I went to my room freshen up. and called my another best friend , Sugan. She is in different college. We both are in touch. She is a year elder than Yuv in the race of friend ship.

" hello , Sugan " I said.

" hey silly fellow , how's going. " she replied.

" all good. actually I called you to say that me and Yuv are dating. " I said in one go.

" Dude, I told you he is into to you since school days but you never listened. Well congratulations. who made the first move.." she said.

" of course him. And we kissed It was so passionate and deep. " I replied blushing..

" hmm. so quick , then I think you will be a mom before you graduate. " she mocked me.

" stop it" I pleased

" ok call me for the wedding shopping. " she said and hung the phone.

Meanwhile Dad entered my room.

" so my princess is home. " He said.

" how was the college today " he asked.

" good. " I was little nervous to say about Yuv though my dad knows him. But only as my best friend. How will he react when I say Yuv is now my boyfriend. I was thinking in deep wether to tell him or not. I haven't hid anything from him ever.

" is anything troubling you dear. " Dad asked me , bringing me back to reality.

" Well dad, I want to tell you something." in poutted my lips.

" I and Yuv we were best friends. , you know that right. " I added.

" yes. Yuv like a son to me and nice guy." he said.

" Dad we are dating " I said and looked in his eyes. He was not reacting at all.

He took a deep breath, stood up.

" Dad" I was freaking out at that time. is he upset with this relationship. If he is then I will try to make him understand about Yuv. He knows him very well.

" Meera , I am not able to... "

" dad, please it's not what you think about Yuv. He is really a good man. he loves me dad. " it said holding his hands.

" Sorry to freak you out dear. " he placed his hand on my cheeks.

" i am not sad, it's that my little girl has grown up. Meera I will never question your choice. But Answer me Will he be able to keep you happy. Will he protect you and keep you safe. He will never hurt you and love you as no one in the world does not even me."

" oh daddy I love you so much." I hugged him tight. And I tears escaped.

" Dad , Yuv will never ever hurt me. He loves me madly and we can't live without each other. " i said , He smiled and nodded his head.

" your mom must be Happy , that her daughter has found a man of her self. " he said.

My mom, Anjali Jai Raj. She is not with us. She died, while having me. Due to Pregnancy complications. I never saw her face except of the photos. And when dad use to describe her beauty. And tell stories about their love life.

Months passed.

Me and dad are going to Yuv's Mansion For the dinner. Yuv's parents invited us . Well your relationship got approved. And this is family get together.

We reached his home. Yuv and his family were standing out waiting for us.

Yuv was in blue tuxedo. Looking handsome and killing me with his looks.

We went in and he walked behind me and tickling me.

" looking beautiful and hot, in the red " he whispered slowly giving me goosebumps and shiver to spine.

I was wearing red gown and Let my hair free. With no Jewelry.

I met his mom, in the kitchen

" hello aunty. " I have visited his parents several time she is more like a mom.

" my sweet little angel, you are looking so beautiful. My son be having a hard time seeing you. " she mocked Yuv.

" You know when he disclosed about dating you I was so happy. so happy to get you as daughter in law. I liked you you were little. and now dream is coming true "

she said, she is a child inside I really love her.

" you are really looking pretty , sister in law. I can't wait to turn 20 " That was Yuv's brother, cute and naughty boy. and he was 15 with no girlfriend.

" get your eyes off that's my women. " Yuv pulled his ear.

We all laughed loud.

" I think we should go out. " Aunty said.

Dad was talking to his father, in the hall We walked out to them.

" Hello , little Meera " His dad hugged me.

" good evening , uncle. " I greeted him back.

" Raj come let's have the dinner. " Uncle said.

We all sat in the table , me in middle of Yuv and Dad. Yuv was holding my hand and waist in front of dad and didn't let it go even for a second.

" Yuv " my dad spoke up.

" yes Uncle " Yuv replied.

" son, are you sure about your relationship , Will you hold my daughter's hand forever and keep her happy. " My dad asked that question in front of everyone. I was bit nervous but didn't showed that on my face.

" Uncle please be assured I will never let go Meera. she means a lot to me. " Yuv said gripping his hand on mine. and smiled looking at me. I felt so special at that time, he took that vow in front of everyone. I was so touched by his guesture.

And I saw a relief in my dad's face.

" so me and Raj has decided something. And I want to make an announcement. Meera, Yuv once you finish your graduation. We will have an engagement party. And when you guys finish your Masters , You guys can plan your wedding. So you both for enough time. Know each other more , explore yourselves. But tell us when you get married. " Yuv's dad said.

It was exciting for me. I can't wait to finish my Masters now. can't time flow with my snap. oh God.

" That's great. , congratulations both ift you. " Aunty said.

" Thank you , Uncle and auntie" I replied.

" oh stop saying that , call us mom and dad. " Uncle , sorry dad said.

I hugged my dad , he is the reason of all my happiness. " thank you Daddy, live you so much. " I whisper in his ears.

Yuv kissed my head, I really want to add his name with mine and want to become his forever. This dinner is the best dinner I can have. Where only happiness is fed.
