"Dad, Chris is going to kill me. He had told me to take care of her but now she here " Jack was moving up and down the hall of the ICU.

"she will be fine don't worry and your brother will understand. It's your crazy mother who will be dead. He my son but am afraid of him too "

They waited, Ray arrived with Ben and Ritah after Jack called him.

"I knew it was a bad idea to go see that woman" Ray cried.

"What happened?" Ben asked.

Jack told them what happened and they all gasped in fear.

"Now see what happened, Camilla and her baby are in danger " Ray was scared.

"Did you call your brother?" Chris's father asked.

Jack shook his head, "I could not until am sure she's okay "

"Well, I did " Ray sighed.

"What? you should have waited " Chris's father frowned.

"Wait for what, for him to arrive late again like last time. And he had made me promise to call if anything was to happen to her, and am sorry but your son is scary when angry " said Ray.

They sat in silence for hours.

"Where is she?" a familiar voice shouted.

They looked up to see Chris walk in, the look on his face could freeze anyone who threatened to get in his way.

"She's still in there " Jack pointed at the operation room.

"How could you let mom hurt her, I trusted all of you and this is what I get in return " he criticized.

"She wanted to go and you know her no one could stop her " Ray murmured.

"I don't care, you all could have gone with her. You know very well my mother hates Camilla and she already tried to kill her once. Didn't you think she would try again the moment Camilla appeared in front of her "

Chris couldn't hold back his tears, he noticed the blood-stained coat of his brother and collapsed to the floor.

Jack and Ray grabbed him.

"Now they are both in danger again and it's all because of me. that woman but pray that nothing happens to Camilla cause I will kill her myself " he cried.

The doctor walked out of the ward. He asked if they were the family.

Chris nodded, "how are they, " he asked.

The doctor sighed.

Chris's mother ordered her maids to burn the carpet stained with Camilla's blood and changed everything in the room the next day.

"I don't want anything with her stench to be around me, make sure everything is clean ".

It had been long since her husband and son had left with Camilla. She must be dead by now, she thought smiling.

The main door opened with force and Chris stridden in, his brother Jack was running behind calling his name.

"Brother, please come down " he shouted.

"Son your back, well we had a little information with...." she didn't get to finish cause Chris grabbed her neck.

He moved to push her body to the wall, his hand didn't let go of it & continued to squeeze. His eyes were full of thirst for her blood.

"What did you do mother, WHAT DID YOU DO?" he shouted strangling her even harder.

She was choking trying to push him away, "C...ch.. " she tried to say but his grip was strong.

Jack reached his brother and tugged his arms pulling.

"Brother, please don't do this, Camilla wouldn't want you to become like this, please " Jack shouted.

"I told you...that the next time you hurt her we won't be seeing eye to eye. But you went AHEAD and did that to HER. Your evil mother, EVIL" he cried.

Jack pulled again. seeing his mother begin to lose consciousness. He was killing her.

"Chris, Chris, please don't " he was sweating just fighting his father.

His phone vibrated, Jack tried to ignore it but it kept ringing. He moved his one hand and grabbed it, "Hello, am busy now " he breathed.

He listened to what the other person was saying and then hang up.

"Chris, brother, Sister-in-law is awake and she's calling for you," he said.

Chris froze and loosened his grip, "She's awake " he said.

"Yes, Ray said all she's asking for is you " Jack moved his hands from their mother's neck.

She was coughing now her eyes were red and stinging with tears sliding to the floor. Jack bent down to her, "Mom are you okay "

Chris turned around and walked out, "Don't waste your energy on that evil woman, let's go back to the hospital " he emotionally said.

Jack turned to his mother than to his brother and got up.

"You brought this upon yourself, mom," he said then followed Chris out.
