"She doesn't want to listen, am scared something bad is going to happen "
Ray sighed, It was deja vu. They had been through this situation in the past when Sam appeared. All she wanted was Chris who was head over heels in love with Camilla, so she made Camilla her target.
Camilla who never bothered about why the bad things always happened to her made it hard for Sam to hurt her. When I found out I told her off but she threatened me with hurting Camilla, even more, bigger than the childish games she was doing.
I thought she was joking but Camilla nearly died one day during the swimming contest cause she had drugged her energy drink earlier. Camilla was disqualified but didn't mind since she thought it was her competitor's scheme.
Her mother was threatened with changing her daughter's school or she would die, she too didn't yield to the threats and decided to contact her parents about it. But to our dismay, it was like they never existed.
After a few years of her pestering and us protecting Camilla, she finally succeeds. The news of Camilla being pregnant had pissed her off so much that she wanted her blood, so my best friend ended up nearly losing her life.
It wasn't that both mothers wanted to do what they did but they thought it would push the bitch away after Camilla lost the most thing that was going to tie her to Chris forever, their baby.
We wanted to finally tell Camilla everything when she woke up but it was her brain that decided to just seal everything.
My best friend, Camilla, woke up a different person. She forgot the most important person in her life, her baby, her life with him, and anything that concerned him.
The bitch Samantha was happy, she was so happy that she had promised to leave Camilla alone if they never met again with Chris. But the bastard too never gave up and kept asking me about her, stalked her, and kept supporting her in the shadows.
These gestures made me realize he deserved so, in the end, I helped them meet again, but the devil had never left and appeared again the moment news of Camilla and Chris were suspected of dating came out.
"Why don't we just tell Chris about this lunatic and let him deal with it?" Ray said.
"But then it will make us more guilt" Camilla's mother cried. " We have been trying to stop her all these years but failed, how is she always ahead of us "
"Am going to take Camilla away for a week after telling Chris everything. Then let him decide what to do before we return " Ray got up.
"Will he accept it, won't he think it's another plot to separate them by me?"
"Let's give it a try, cause if we just sit back and do nothing am afraid my friend will be in danger " .
Camilla didn't want to leave Chris alone but he convinced her to go.
"You work too much, go have a rest " he had said.
She had finally accepted after he promised to come to meet them after he was done with his work. She was now sitting in the plane with Ray heading to a certain beach.
She had felt bad about it when they got there but then decided to enjoy herself and forget all the bad things in her life. Ray seemed to be having fun staring at the half-naked girls at the pool.
She giggled, "You have never changed "
Ray turned to her with a smile, "What's there to change, I love appreciating goods creatures "
She turned away and grabbed her phone, "Am heading back to my room to rest. If you need me just call "
"Don't sleep too much, we have a party to attend this evening " Ray shouted at her before her back disappeared into the alley of the hotel.
He sighed and grabbed his phone, "Watch her door and don't let anyone in, until I come to pick her up " he said. He had hired some guards to watch over Camilla inside the crazy Sam come to do something to her.
"Chris I hope you can find this woman before she hurts Camilla " he murmured before a smile appeared on his face.
He got up and follow one of the girls at the pool.
Camilla had dozed off in her room when something woke her up, she moved to the living room where the noise came from only to find a woman taking a seat.
"Who are you?" she asked coming down the stairs.
A little laugh escaped the red-colored lips of the stranger and when she turned, Camilla felt her knees weaken missing a step that set her off balance. Her body was sent rolling down the stairs, she wanted to get up but her consciousness seemed to fade and something warm flowed from her head.
"Oh my, I don't think I will have to do any since you did most of it yourself " the stranger laughed.
Camilla cried in pain before she lost consciousness.
